To purchase a new car good service is terrible could not get a loaner all weekend for a problem with the car paying for car I didn't have for a whole weekend

My husband took our Hyundai Tucson for a oil change on

My husband took our Hyundai Tucson for a oil change on 3-16-23. We were given the upmost attention to our vehicle as well as us being there waiting for our vehicle to get service at the dealership. We were greeted by Mr. Johnathan & Ms. Bianca. We were so satisfied with the attention they both gave us and our vehicle. Thank you so much Jonathan & Bianca it was a pleasure meeting you.

Spent a couple of hours working on figures and was given

Spent a couple of hours working on figures and was given a price. Told them I would come in tomorrow to start the paperwork to purchase becauseI was running late for work. Tomorrow comes and the original car was sold. What a disappointment. I was then offered an exact car (everthing was exact accept the VIN #). Since it was in transit, I was going to make the check out for $200 to hold this I one. As I was writing the check, they did the figures again but not for the exact price. (A difference of $819.) They said because this was yesterday's price (not even 24 hours). I told them no! How could this be? I did not believe this was happening. I walked out with tears in my eyes. I too am a Sales Specialist and if I put it in writing together with the National promotions and with the promise of the Manager's (Erick) discount promise...it should stay the price and I would honor it. I am also a good customer (loyal, if treated right) and to be told, less than 24 hours that the price is no longer valid because this car sold...really! I would have honored the same price to make the sale. I walked out of the dealership disappointed (to say the least) at the Salesperson and the Manager. Shame on your Erick (Manager) and Guillermo (Produce Professional)!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Bert Ogden Hyundai in...

I had a wonderful experience at Bert Ogden Hyundai in Harlingen Texas. I worked with a sales person name Michael a very nice young man. I also had the pleasure to work with the general manager (Francisco Rodriguez). I purchased a 2022 Kona Limited and I know I got the very best price in town. If you are looking for a Hyundai in the Harlingen area I highly recommend Bert Ogden and asked for Michael.

New car after 10 yrs

It has been more than 10 yrs since we bought a new car. The 2017 Sedona we bought is exquisite. We are happy with our purchase. The only thing was the whole buying process took a while (almost 5 hours). I do wish they had a better system where you can do most of the work online, even financing so you are not there for such a long time, especially if you are not planning to trade anything in. This way you work out everything yourself and not haggling back and forth. After the long wait it was worth it. Also important, if you are calculating the cost, keep in mind once you have the cost (MSRP plus discounts, cash back, trade in) you need to include about 9-10% additional for tax, title, license, additional fees (this is without GAP or added protection). You can than look for an online car calculator to see on the finance (I am a numbers person). This would have helped me.

The whole facility and sales

I liked the whole process and finalizing of our new sonata from the salesman to the finance officer and deals.

Thank you Hyundai Harlingen

Our salesman Mr. James Hernandez, did a great job as well as the other staff members. Even though the dealership is over 40 miles from my house I will definitely be going back for my next vehicle purchase.

Courteous; efficient; informative

I did not have to wait long; I was told that there was a recall for the automobile and was asked if I had time to wait for them to install it also; and I was given updates of how much longer they would be working on the vehicle. And, although it was late in the afternoon there were still some cookies left at the coffee station.

Fail to provide info on insurance

Staff did not explain the requarment for for the insurance on a lease care when back to cancel the purchase but staff made it impossible to do not a very pleasant day
