New car after 10 yrs
It has been more than 10 yrs since we bought a new car. The 2017 Sedona we bought is exquisite. We are happy with our purchase. The only thing was the whole buying process took a while (almost 5 hours). I do wish they had a better system where you can do most of the work online, even financing so you are not there for such a long time, especially if you are not planning to trade anything in. This way you work out everything yourself and not haggling back and forth. After the long wait it was worth it. Also important, if you are calculating the cost, keep in mind once you have the cost (MSRP plus discounts, cash back, trade in) you need to include about 9-10% additional for tax, title, license, additional fees (this is without GAP or added protection). You can than look for an online car calculator to see on the finance (I am a numbers person). This would have helped me.
The whole facility and sales
I liked the whole process and finalizing of our new sonata from the salesman to the finance officer and deals.

Our salesman Mr. James Hernandez, did a great job as well as the other staff members. Even though the dealership is over 40 miles from my house I will definitely be going back for my next vehicle purchase.
Courteous; efficient; informative
I did not have to wait long; I was told that there was a recall for the automobile and was asked if I had time to wait for them to install it also; and I was given updates of how much longer they would be working on the vehicle. And, although it was late in the afternoon there were still some cookies left at the coffee station.
Fail to provide info on insurance
Staff did not explain the requarment for for the insurance on a lease care when back to cancel the purchase but staff made it impossible to do not a very pleasant day
Mr. Wally was extremely helpful. He made sure I knew about everything they were doing to my car. The maintenance team did great and quick work. I was waiting for at the most maybe an hour. Couldn?t be more satisfied about my experience at Bert Ogden service department.

Great customer service, respected my decisions. They gave me everything I wanted in my car. Got my car cleaned and they were really friendly. They did make a mistake on my numbers and got me upset but they fix it.
the only reason I purchased from this particular dealership was the sales person Clark...he was very professional al all times. Also dealt with Javier at Bert Ogden Kia and not very impressed.
It was simple and professional. Clean, quick and the staff was polite with smiles and a "thank you". I would practice the same at my working office.
