Norm was outstanding from the first phone call to leaving the lot with our new GLE 350. Even went above and beyond when we did not get our email of the copies of our sign d papers and got it corrected before the holiday weekend. Purchased through Driveway. Horrible experience! 2.5 months after purchase and I still do not have any way to register the vehicle so it can be driven. I am completely unimpressed!

Shak was great, very knowledgeable and helpful.
Shak was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Still though, the repairs are grossly expensive and what happened to my wagon should not happen to a purported high quality vehicle at just 100k miles. Great service from Shak but not without these disappointments.

The service department was great.
The service department was great. They got me a rental and when that rental had a check engine light on, they got me a brand new one within one day. I will be a repeat customer.
