Great service
Easy to make an appointment online by scanning a QRC from my phone. The service agent was very knowledgeable and kept me informed by phone of his findings and gave me his candid advice.

Fast, got me what I wanted and needed, very friendly, clean environment, had coffee and water to offer, other salesman helped out when not salesperson was busy.

Nice waiting area-very clean in bay area as well a
Much better than it has been since "changing hands". Its much closer to what it was before the change. Jeri hershel has been my service rep for 2-3 years. He's extremely nice and very attentive. Excellent manners as well.

Great service
Tarissa Douglas is absolutely wonderful! I only ask for her when I take my car in. She is polite, smart, knowledgeable, takes initiative and is completely trustworthy, which is important to me. She "moves" with the customer. so to speak. I cannot stop singing her praises. She make the whole experience whorthwhile.

Outstanding Customer Service
Not being pressured into purchasing a vehicle. Not receiving numerous calls asking when are we going to make a decision. Making our own decision when we were ready to purchase and then letting the sales associate do his magic.

100% Perfect.
100% perfect. I recently moved from Houston to El Paso and came by while visiting my son at Southern Nazarene University. This was my 20,000 mile service. 5, 10 and 15 were at three other Toyota dealerships across Texas. This was my favorite service experience, by far! Everyone I met was friendly and professional. The work was done well and quickly. The waiting room was comfortable and they even offered doughnuts. Thank you!
