Fraud

I called to purchase this vehicle and the sales' person asked me for $15k OVER the price listed on cars.com. He said this is a popular vehicle and bc of backorder that's what they're asking on asking on all of these new Tahoes. Then that's the price they should advertise. Scammers

C8 Markup

I was in contact with one of the dealers at the ownership about my C8 reservation, he said if I wanted to move up on the list he can do it with a markup, I said no I do not want to pay any markup, he said ok no worries. I get to the dealership 10 months later after waiting a year and 3 months, and they told me they have to do a mark up... The manager in a passive "im your friend" way proceeded to passively threaten that if I dont want to take my car he would put it on the lot and sell it for even more mark up... left the dealership 10 hrs later after going back and forth still paying a mark up.

Allen Gynn's customer service is a complete joke!!

I had a horrible experience with Mike Leffler, He was unable to complete his job after 3 weeks of preplanning and ordering parts. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the repairs were not complete. Mike also backed my vheclie into a plastic trash can and then proceeded to tell me that "it is no big deal".I have been getting my vehicles serviced there for over 20 years and have bought 3 trucks from this dealership. I wont be back, and I am currently purchasing a new truck from a different dealership. I also plan on sharing my experience with everyone that will listen. Thanks for your poor customer service Mike Leffler.

The lowest of the low.

Dealing with this dealership has been a nightmare. The worst customer service experience EVER. Their entire service team should probably be let go. This was our first, and last Chevy. Wanted to go green and buy American electric. Tesla here we come.

Poor Service

Customer service is bad at this dealer.They do not want to work with the customer.They mislead you on what they say about what they will do on your car.

I will NEVER deal with Allen Gwynn in Glendale Ca.

Allen Gwynn is one of the worst Chevy service / repair places I have ever gone. Not only did it take 4 days to figure out the issue with my vehicle. They said I couldn't get a loaner car during that period because that's only when they're "working" on my car. So they said they're taking my vehicle to get fixed finally day 5 and they'll need all day to fix the "wheel bearings" which is a 2-3 hour job. Well it turns out that wasn't the issue with my car at all, because the grinding sound I heard originally is still there. Johnny Vasquez outright lied and said my car was being test driven on one of the inspection days which wasn't true at all. I checked my dashcam footage of when it was test drove and it wasn't even moved at all that day. This place really gives you the run around. Do not do business with Allen Gwynn unless you want to be without a vehicle for two weeks and lied to about almost every step of the way.
