Albert was very thorough and got me in and out with ease. He also got me a cup of coffee. . The lounge was clean and very well done. Easy access to see new cars and still close to the service dept if I had any concerns. Great job Allen Gwynn employees .

Erick is an amazing mechanic — super patient, kind, and professional. He fixed my car really quickly and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. Thanks to his great advice, I now understand how to better take care of my car and help it last longer. Highly recommend!

Great service center.

Great service center. I was quickly greeted and helped the moment I arrived. I was out of there within 10minutes. They kept me updated on the status of the repair constantly throughout the process. A+ team.

60k miles service turned into taking it back a 2nd day

60k miles service turned into taking it back a 2nd day and then driving home and my engine starts to overheat bc the serpentine belt came off and got shredded. Whether it was messed up or just missed, shouldn't have been missed after 2 days at the shop. They replaced the belt for free but just overall not satisfied with the experience considering how much they were charging me for the work in the first place

Patrick was very helpful when I brought my new EV in for

Patrick was very helpful when I brought my new EV in for service after I had trouble starting it. The situation was remedied quickly and while I waited he provided me with the convenience of a rental car.

Outstanding service from start to finish.

Outstanding service from start to finish. I was greeted and kept in the loop the whole time. Service was performed very fast. My service advisor Andre went above and beyond explaining everything that was going to get done to the vehicle. Now a days its hard to find this type of service from a dealership but im glad I found the guys over at allem gwynn.
