I live in California in last 18 years. owned 6 different cars( Mercedes, Honda, Toyota and Lexus). this one was the worst experience I could have ever... imagined. the windshield was chipped, but it was covered by a sticker. so they informed me at the very last minute, after running my credit and sitting there 4 hours. after we get through that issue, I drove the car home. next day I realize that The trunk mat has three spot of Bleach!!! 10 days later the check engine light turned on and full service needed. doing that, they informed me the tires has less than 40% tread!! I had to let go everything, but 2 months later, I tried to remove the dealer sticker and realize that one of the license plates are missing. so I contacted the salesman and the sales manager and no one took responsibility. I also emailed the general manager 2 weeks ago. no response. the issues cost me $2100 to fix plus more than $2800 on lost work hours that I had to spend at dealership and DMV. I am speechless

Just had a badddddddd experience here. Made an appointment for maintenance service yesterday. I turned in my car at 8:30pm in the morning. The guy said... it will be ready at 12-1pm. And he would call me by then. And now its already 3pm!! I took a uber here and the car is still not ready!! Its not even a repair or something. Just a regular service could take them 7 hours. And the most ridiculous thing is the reception girl doesnt have any information in her system. And the service guy is not even there when I arrived. I would drive a little further to DT for my next service!!!Definetley not coming again. I would give 0 if I could!!!
I am still in the process of shopping for a car at the right price and terms. My overall experience has been positive and will work with them in the future.
We recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 E350.
