I just picked up my BMW IX today and let me tell you what

I just picked up my BMW IX today and let me tell you what Great Service, I got from beginning to end with my sales representative Nelli, as she went out of her way to pick me up, take me to the bank, and then to the dealership. I would highly recommend Pacific Bmw as They take great care of you. Thanks Pacific Bmw and especially Nelli.

Beware of them not taking action.

My partner and I had purchased over 7 cars. My X6 I leased for 3 years. It was a Demo and I was told I had a three year maintenance warranty when I leased it. Much to my surprise it expired May of this year. I took it in for service 13 days after expiration! They wanted to charge me $900 for service. Yet my lease is stun intact until the end of August. My sales person Renee said he made a mistake on my warranty , that he did tell me until the end of August. Yet the dealership refused to pay for the service. This is unreal and beware of the fraud this dealership has.

Dishonest

BEWARE! The service department has horrible mechanics will miss diagnose you and the service agent will lie to upsell you on service that is not needed or bill you for service regardless if its covered by warranty, most people will just pay because they will have no knowledge of what is covered and Pacific BMW will take advantage of this. If you look at the many negative reviews they are mostly related to service department. If its regarding a warranty issue they will give you hard time and tell you to bring your car somewhere else. I bought used Bmw from Saleman Serj who was great but no longer there and my GF has leased and purchased new car from Pacific but we will no longer do business with Pacific BMW due to the lack of professionalism and integrity.

Recently, I bought a used BMW i3s Bev from Adees

Recently, I bought a used BMW i3s Bev from Adees Zerateain at Pacific BMW and he made it a painless experience. In fact, he went above and beyond. They were painting the bumpers and I asked him if they could plug the license plate holes because I live in NC where front license plates are not required, and they did! It looks fabulous! The car was such a good deal, and had everything I wanted, so I bought it before there were even pictures on AutoTrader. The car was exactly as described and they did a great job detailing it. Thanks Adees!

Damaged my vehicle and refused and refused to even call me back after realizing what they had done. Had to call corporate BMW several times to even get contact with the service department. Worst service imaginable.

Nelli has such a positive energy about her.

Nelli has such a positive energy about her. She was so easy to work with. She went out of her way to get me the best deal on my car. She was very thoughtful, thorough and extremely professional. She will be my go-to Client Advisor for any future purchases I make with Pacific BMW.

Work wasn’t completed as agreed.

Work wasn’t completed as agreed. No accountability or effort to rectify the issue. Yet, there was great effort to propose thousands of dollars in repairs. If it wasn’t the only BMW service in my area I’d never go back. When I need to buy a new car I won’t be going here either.

We walked into the dealership and Nelli Baghdasaryan provided extremely excellent customer service. My kids in love with their car. Will definitely refer Nelli to every one in need of the vehicle. Nelli is the Best sales agent I had worked with.
