Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I have

Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I have been a long-time customer at BMW Pacific in Glendale, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I brought my vehicle in for a recall service and asked the service advisor, Benjamin, to check what repairs could be done under my warranty only. I was very clear that I did not want to authorize any paid diagnostics or services. I also verbally stated that I did not want to pay anything out of pocket. However, when I picked up my vehicle, I was unexpectedly charged $286 for a diagnostic that I never requested or approved. I was told that I had signed the document, but like many customers, I routinely sign paperwork during drop-off without being clearly informed that I was authorizing a paid diagnostic. This was never properly explained to me. I spoke with the manager afterward, but unfortunately, no real help or resolution was provided. This experience made me feel misled and disrespected as a loyal customer. Charging customers for services they did not request—especially after clearly stating they do not want to pay—is unacceptable and unprofessional. After many years of servicing my car here, I no longer feel comfortable returning. I hope this location takes responsibility and improves their communication and transparency with customers.

Our experience with Pacific BMW was the best car

Our experience with Pacific BMW was the best car experience we have ever had. First of all I spoke with Sevak Adamyan (Manager) he was so helpful asking the right questions. He then turned us over to Chris Petzing for going over details about the options and specs. After we decided on the BMW X5 we wanted, it was clear we needed to special order the car, Wow! how fun. Sevak and Chris helped in that process. Okay, the X5 arrives and we get a call, so exciting! We give some information over the phone for finance, so helpful. My wife and I are now on the way to Pacific BMW. We get there and meet the team. Now we are introduced to Ed Oganesyan, He takes us on a test drive of the car and then does a tutorial on the car ( a lot to go over) but fun. We get a photo of my wife with the X5 and a bow on top, so great! Next, we meet Lucy Garabed (Finance) she is helpful explaining our finance options including the best warranty. Oh yeah 1.9% for a four year term, so good! We knew BMW had a great name and this team just just proved it. Thank you for treating us so well.
