Writing this review sort of late. My wife and I were looking for a good old used truck. Sergio recommended a 2008 Honda Ridgeline which was at the rear of the lot. There were a couple of issues with the truck which they help us get fixed with their mechanics.aAs a bonus , they charged way less than the shop I was doing business with. This was ithis past Sept. and the truck is working great. We're very pleased with the truck and their customer service. Everything I had heard from friends was right. I highly recommend this dealership.

Recently bought a Mercedes Benz E 350 from Franklin Auto Sales. Both gentlemen I dealt with went out of their way to assist me with my purchase. One stayed late, and even had the oil changed for free. I would recommend them and plan on buying another used car this summer from them.

I purchased a vehicle and worked with Eduardo who was very helpful and friendly. I was satisfied with the price due to the exceptional condition and unique care history of this car. Because I am hundreds of miles from El Paso I relied on dealership photos, a carfax, and Eduardo's honesty in representing the vehicle to make a purchase decision without actually seeing the car in person. When the car arrived I was not disappointed! They even repaired an interior blemish at their own offering and expense and filled the gas tank. What a great feeling to deal long distance with such nice people and who honor their word. Note that although I did not visit the premises I rated the facilities high because the lot was always manned to receive calls, looked clean and well maintained, had a security fence, and used overhead sunscreens to protect the cars. I sensed pride in the property and business. Thank You!

I traded a vehicle for a used Toyota and received close to $2k more for it than what other dealers were willing to give. I could've received more if I would have sold it myself, but didn't want to deal with that. This was a hassle free trade. Took Toyota to a private mechanic, no issues with it.
