I Purchased/ordered hard bed cover thru the parts
I Purchased/ordered hard bed cover thru the parts department. Service department them installed bedcover. I was told it could take up to 4 hrs. Took less time. Only about an hr. I'm very pleased on how it looks on my truck!!! Thank you!!!

Spent over 14,000 dollars on my 2013 Verano and got it
Spent over 14,000 dollars on my 2013 Verano and got it back with a dead battery. Had to take it to another mechanic who found the alternator failing. Spent more money on fixing the alternator and all connections to the new battery that I had to buy.

Used to love coming here, Jason in the service department
Used to love coming here, Jason in the service department was wonderful, exceptional service. If you want good service go anywhere else. I brought my car in for an oil change they tore my car apart without giving warning of the time it would be apart. Now 5 days later they can't even provide me with a car that will seat my children safely. They are unable to provide an estimate for my car to be ready because they don't have a mechanic available to put it together.

I bought a 2017 GMC Sierra from here on 10/24.
I bought a 2017 GMC Sierra from here on 10/24. I had to drive to Missouri for emergency family reasons on 11/21 and the truck left me stranded in the middle of nowhere in South Dakota. I had to tow my truck to the nearest dealer, and also spend $1,000 to get a U-haul, just to finish my travel. I called them about compensation for all of this, and couldn’t even get a call back from the sales manager. Then, the sales manager pushed me off and told me to call my warranty company. This shouldn’t even be going through MY warranty. My truck has now been waiting for a transmission for 3 weeks. This has severely affected my life and they have absolutely zero sympathy and won’t help out at all. They won’t even ship my truck to me when the work is done. I have to spend more money, and find a ride to South Dakota, and drive my truck back to Missouri. I am very disappointed and regret doing business here. I’d give 0 stars if I could, honestly.
