Arlington Chevrolet has been an excellent place to do business. I bought my current car 8 years ago and have gotten nothing but great service from you. I can usually get an appointment on reasonably short notice and I have not had to worry about overnight transportation. Thank you.

Parker in the service department was very friendly. He contacted me the day before to confirm my appointment. The service was fast. The check in was quick. The time he estimated that the service would take was spot on.

Much better than any of the local dealerships and worth

Much better than any of the local dealerships and worth the trip to Arlington. These folks take care of you and make sure you get the vehicle that you want. I went to Dwayne Lane for a GM certified 2 year old 2022 Chevy Colorado in fantastic condition and I could not be happier. Chris Brookhyser was great to work with and was there for every step of the way. DL also uses several banking institutions to get you the best financing deal. Definitely worth the trip!

This dealership has by far the worst service department

This dealership has by far the worst service department and customer service I have ever experienced. They are rude, they do not smile, they don't even great customers when they enter. Not once has their service department successfully diagnosed any issue. Instead, without knowing cause of the problem they eventually just decided that it was something impossible to fix and they needed to buy the truck back. Actually, it turns out the leaf springs had a problem, thats all. The latest time I was there they had my vehicle for 3 days, then they told me it was fixed. I came to pick it up, started the engine and found that that nothing had been fixed and was still in reduced power mode with check engine light still on. I've never seen a more incompetent service department.
