Sure.

Sure. You can buy a vehicle from here, but they wont properly service it ever... Corwin adds parts to your service ticket without telling you. Stellantis (Owns Dodge) Will refuse all warranty work. Black 21 ram 2500 Silver 21 ram 2500 Clogged Def Pump. Not Covered After 50k miles, with extended warranty Silver 21 ram 2500 refused warranty work because the service advisor had to be placed on hold for too long. (happened at Corwin Ford) 23 ram 2500, Transmission Exploded at 9k miles. Sat for weeks because they couldn't "find" the parts. Stellantis also refuses to replace DEF parts on this truck (with a 200k miles extended warranty) THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, BUT THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THIER PRODUCTS! Austin (service advisor) Told me to take my business elsewhere, and told me they would refuse to work on my truck today. After I told them I would make a scene on the showroom floor they magically could perform the work. ^This of all things was the last straw. That is now why I am writing reviews. DO NOT GO HERE. It's not Just Corwin It is also Stellantis

They contacted me wanting to see if they could purchase

They contacted me wanting to see if they could purchase my vehicle for a customer of theirs and said we could trade for me something newer. Told them I would be interested drove over an hour there and they didn’t even look at my car just kept wanting to know what my budget was and what I would spend. To me let’s look at the numbers first and then we can go from there on budget. I kept asking if they wanted to look at my car and they just kept say we can but if you owe more you will have to pay the difference if you don’t trade. They really didn’t wanna work with me at all when they were the knew that contacted me to begin with.

Outstanding!

Outstanding!!! I have purchased ten vehicles from dealers, never online, and never more than ten miles away from home. But, thanks to Brett Smith (my dealer), and Corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT of Springfield, Missouri my experience was exceptional. I admit buying a vehicle 1,500 miles from home was not my first choice. However, Brett made the experience painless by being upfront and fast. We had a deal within five minutes. I have had many questions after the purchase, but Brett has continued to make himself available by calling me back within minutes and reaching out to me. Because of my experience with this dealer and dealership, I know my next car buying experience will start in Springfield Missouri, even though it is 1500 miles away.

Not worth your time .

Not worth your time . They tried the sales pitch of we have someone coming with a full price offer . And the truck was still on the lot a week later. While looking I found a truck local with less miles and less money. I shared the new truck with the salesman helping me he said thanks for coming have a nice day and don’t come back . Didn’t plan on it.

After 2 salesman and several days I finally got an OTD

After 2 salesman and several days I finally got an OTD price that had $3179.00 in dealer addons fees on a used car. They would not provide a break down of these cost and here you go, a bill pile of made up fees to charge. And these fees did not include Tax, Title and license, So a $48,000 would have ended up costing right at $54,400.00 over $6400.00 over ask. That's a bunch of garbage. - They told me several very easily provable lies and was even told twice the car was sold, once to a local buyer and once to an out of sate buyer when they figured out I wasn't going to play their game so they tell you the car is sold hoping you just go away However they said I could be the backup buyer ... right as if there was main buyer to begin with. They also demanded a lot of personal information that is not needed to give a OTD quote on the car right down to my home address. I'm not buying it right now I'm just shopping and all I wanted was an OTD price you need no other info from me other than my state. This place is what make car dealer have a bad name they are the worst I've ever delt with and I've delt with a lot of them. Avoid them and save yourself some money. The Sales Manager lies, the salesmen lie, the dealership lies ... Just do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

My husband and I love our local Dodge dealership mainly

My husband and I love our local Dodge dealership mainly because of "our" sales rep. Mr. Damon Bess. Damon has helped myself and our family over the last 16 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest regarding all of the products Corwin Dodge has for sale.

Absolutely the worst service department in Springfield

Absolutely the worst service department in Springfield MO. Shane never answers the phone or calls back. They will certify vehicles with multiple issues that will not pass an inspection. When you ask them to fix an issue under warranty they will deny anything is wrong and try to avoid the repairs.

Ok if you have an unlimited supply of money

I have been using them for about 9 years. Still nice employees but the owners have gotten very greedy. Battery replacement is well over double, maybe triple the price for similar elsewhere. It would have been $600 but my coupon reduced it to $450 for a battery that is about $150 at Sam’s.
