New truck purchase

My wife and I have purchased 2 new trucks there in the last 2 years. Both experiences were great. We had different salesmen with each purchase and both were very helpful. Service for my first truck was always excellent and I would expect it to be the same with the new truck.

Great People

I've got fantastic things to say about Corwin. In particular their people. We had a great salesman...Kyle P. No pressure, and was such a nice person. I came in yesterday, and he remembered my name.... and I hadn't been there in over a month! Their Sales Manager has bent over backwards for us, and their finance manager was also EXTREMELY helpful. Now, on to the Service Department. These guys do great work. In fact, I'll continue to drive 160 miles round trip to have all my service work done there.... including oil changes. Aaron is my Service Advisor, and he is simply awesome, and I trust him to keep me up to date and informed on what needs to be done to keep my Jeep on the road forever. Fyi... the Express oil change is exactly that. You don't have to spend half the day waiting, and it includes a thorough inspection. I plan on buying a new truck in a few years, and I know where I'll be buying it.

Horible experance

These people are 100% on top of things when your looking but not once you have purchased. Careful purchasing anything here. You will have no support and won't even get all that was promised (Still not seen that owners manual). Bought from them 5 weeks ago and have less that one week of that where I was able to drive the car. Already have a bill above 2k for the repairs. I rate these guys like I would many of the used car lots. I won't say all of the used lots however because I have met many that were very good people to work with. Just be careful if you do find yourself having to deal with these guys. Don't assume because they are a new dealer that they will be there for you or you may find yourself learning a hard lesson.

Purchased a new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk.

We purchased a new 2019 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk from Corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Springfield, MO. Fourth vehicle that we have purchased there. The salesperson we worked with, Mike Barnes, is the same person we have worked with on all four purchases. Mike is very friendly and knowledgeable. He is not pushy or high pressure. Just wants to help you find what you need. When Mike was unavailable for a time, another salesperson, Mr Bill Strong, jumped in and helped us find and test drive a vehicle. He was very helpful and professional. It was a great experience.

My First Jeep

Went in to look at a used Jeep and walked out with a new one! My sales person was fantastic and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. And the finance team did wonders because I have not so good credit and was beginning to think I’d have to start walking to work thirty miles away. I now have peace of mind and relaxing comfort thanks to the corwin auto team!

Arron was expecting me when I arrived. Service was friendly and courtious. The waiting area was clean and comforyable and we'll stocked with snacks and water. Was finished sooner than expecyed.

7 hrs of waiting

I bought a 2019 Ram Limited from Crowin Dodge and with 6 K miles took it in for its first service and two issues. 1 the navigation system is not functioning correctly. 2 preset stations on the sound system is deleted when you shut the truck off. Arrived at 9am as appointment was made 3 weeks prior (3 Weeks) wow!! Was told if it was going to take long they would get me a loner. After 3 hours I went out to the service department asking how it was going and was told they almost hand it. At 5 hrs I did the same thing and was told they were finishing up. At 7 hrs I was told they had been in touch with Chrysler and they couldn’t figure out a fix . So after 7 hours , there wasn’t 1 time a service department person came into the waiting room to inform me of progress or problems, I always had to chase someone down to find out what was going on. To top it off I left with nothing but a oil change and tire rotation and a half xxx exclamation that they don’t know what is going on or how to fix it. I know it’s a new truck but , the 19 s have been out almost a year and you would think they would have the bugs worked out. All in all this service department is the worst I’ve ever seen. You missed this one Corbin Dodge.
