First oil change service.

This was my first major oil change service. The employees were extremely helpful and courteous. And I loved the evening hours that I was able to come after work to drop off my car and come after work to pick up my car.

New Car Purchase

Our experience was nothing but positive and we'd recommend Koons Tysons Toyota to anyone!! We were able to find the exact vehicle we'd been looking for, and everyone from our sales rep to the Credit Manager was helpful and easy to deal with.

Problems with service

I now understand why this is one of the highest grossing Toyota dealerships in the country -- they take it from their customers. I went in to have a faulty window motor looked at. They charged me $135 just to have a look at it. Before they even diagnosed the problem, they came back to tell me that I needed new tires pretty soon and they had just the thing for me. The "safety inspection" also uncovered $1,300 in additional needed repairs. This car has been serviced regularly at home -- including 2 months ago. I'm pretty confident that I would have known if it needed a $1,300 repair! Their estimate for the window motor replacement was over $800 -- which is double what anyone else had quoted me. So all-in, I came in with a $400 problem and they proposed $3,000 worth of solutions. Given the outrageous charges, including a $135 charge for less than 30 min of "diagnostics", I refused to let them touch my vehicle and left in a hurry. I would never, ever let them touch my car. By the way, the facilities are very nice and obviously paid for by their customers!

James Case Is Awesome

James Case has been helping me with my vehicle for many years and he has always been competent, knowledgeable and helpful. I request him whenever I need to take my vehicle in for servicing and have never been disappointed. I always buy from Koons Tysons Toyota and will use James Case as my Service Coordinator as long as he is there, which I hope is a long time!

Routine Service Requirements, but ....

I was very pleased with the customer service ; i.e., James Kim. I had made the appointment with another service writer who wasn't present, and James was extremely professional in seeing that my services were accomplished. He was also extremely helpful in dealing with services to be preformed at my next, future appointment.

Great Experience!!

It was a great experience. Salesmen Quinton and Sam helped me a great deal. The sales men guided me and compared features in different ToyotaRav4 brands till I got the brand I needed. Sam and Quinton were great.

worst service ever

I bought a Toyota Corolla 2006 and 3 months later I notice the paint on the roof-top is coming out and my car radio stopped working. The day I went to Koons, I saw that they had two of the same Toyota Corollas. The one that I looked at was in excellent conditions with a Toyota owned radio. The other one had a market radio. I was inclining towards getting the Toyota radio but the sales representative "sold" me the idea of getting the other radio. "It has a GPS, you can watch movies ..." The DVD was not working and the radio stopped working a few weeks later. To summarize, 1. I will have to take my car to an auto body shop and pay about $400 dollars to get the paint problem fixed. 2. I will also have to invest on a Toyota radio. I don't think Koons had the intention on selling me the wrong Toyota Corolla but I am 100 % sure that when I went to buy the car, the roof seemed to be on perfect conditions. It didn't look like the paint was going to come out a month later. It just makes me wonder ...

Great Service!

I bought from Koons a Toyota Corolla 2006. As a common consumer trying to buy a car, I went through a few challenges. I am giving them a 5 because the management team helped me through these challenges. They make what could be the worst nightmare become a fun experience. I can say with confidence that Koons understands the importance of making us feel satisfied. Isn't that what we all want as customers? I am pretty sure they are spending millions of dollars training their staff to make us feel well. That is a smart way of doing business! Go to them if you need a car. I can guarantee you that you will get what you were looking for.

My highest recommendations

I was looking for a used Prius Plug In and could not find the model I wanted in Baltimore. So on a Saturday evening, I managed to still reach Koons Tysons Toyota Scion (KTTS) after 8 pm! It was my great fortune to be connected to Kevin Ayanian. He was very friendly, informative, and reassuring about purchasing this car by phone from the outset-He made me feel like a welcome customer even by phone. Today he was very welcoming and was warm and genuine in thanking my wife and me for driving from Baltimore. The price that KTTS had for the car I purchased was quite fair. The car was well prepared and the entire experience was also rewarding for us. I would highly recommend Kevin Ayanian for any car purchases you might consider. He's a good guy. I would add that Temor Sharifi was also friendly, warm, and helpful in the finance section. He is trustworthy and also is customer oriented.
