My tire was going flat and I made it to the dealership

My tire was going flat and I made it to the dealership with about 22 pounds of air remaining. A new tire was placed on my vehicle and I was in and out in about 50 minutes.

Purchased a Mercedes

Worst dealership as long as they sell a car to you then if you want smallest advice they just throw you under the bus they don't care at all just spend $70000.00 5 days after they don't want to hear anything

Great value and experience

Ramses Vasquez is a great service advisor. Cares about the customer. Price was better than most Mercedes Benz dealerships I’ve been. I’ll sbring my car here next time. Thank you!

The BEST Mercedes-Benz dealership in Southern Cali

This dealership and service department go above and beyond in the quality of work that they do! I am a TV Executive and have very little time on my hands with all the projects I work on. I am truly grateful that this dealership works so hard to continue to make me the happy customer I am!!! Kevin Malone is the BEST service advisor I have ever worked with, and I will only do business with him! I also enjoy working Leslie for my loaner vehicles and seeing Nikki’s smiling face at the front desk! Keep up the good work team! I have referred lots of my fellow colleagues and family members to this place, and they feel the same way I do!

I brought my SL400 to MB of Encino yesterday.

I brought my SL400 to MB of Encino yesterday. As I pulled up in the driveway, another customer was screaming at the MB employees about their horrible service & was calling them thieves. I have been servicing my Mercedes vehicles at Mercedes dealerships for over 20 years now. I moved to L.A. last year & started bringing my car to MB of Encino. I know that it is more expensive to service my car at the dealership, but I’ve been willing to pay the higher cost because of the higher end experience. The higher end experience no longer exists at MB Encino. I reserved a Loaner Car & when I arrived for my service, there was NO loaner car for me. They said I can wait. I had some time, so I said I would have some coffee. NO COFFEE! When my service was completed, they brought my my washed car. I looked at the wheels & couldn’t believe they didn’t wipe the dirt off all my wheels. They sent my car back & brought it back 15 minutes later. The guy asked me if it’s ok now. I looked at the dirt still on my dirty wheels & asked him what he thought about bringing me a clean car with dirty wheels? He shook his head like a guy that knows that MB Encino does not take pride in their workmanship. I just left, because I’m ready to find a new mechanic! One other comment. I spoke to the GM about my experience while I was waiting for my service to be completed.. He smiled & listened to me, but didn’t really seem to care. He made up some story about not having coffee due to 25 lawsuits against his dealership, because clients claim to have gotten Covid from drinking their coffee.

THERE AT 1:14 PM AND OUT AT 4:02 FOR MINOR ALARM/BATTERY SERVICE. VALET REFUSED TO BRING MY CAR TO DRIVE THRU AND BROUGHT ME THE KEYS TO WALK ACROSS THE LOT TO GET MY OWN CAR. WHEN I READ MY PAPERWORK IT HAD INCORRECT INFORMATION COMBINING MY RESIDENCE WITH MY BUSINESS ADDRESS INFORMATION. QUOTED AMOUNT FOR TEST AND BILLED AMOUNT $200 DIFFERENT; HOWEVER, I WAS THE SECOND TO LAST CUSTOMER TO LEAVE AND JUST WANTED TO GET OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP (WITH NO VALET SERVICE FOR ME) , SO I JUST PAID AND WENT OVER THE INVOICE WHEN I GOT HOME. I posted this on Yelp a few days ago about this AWFUL

I posted this on Yelp a few days ago about this AWFUL dealership; Incredibly unprofessional. I wish I could give them negative stars. We test drove a new car there yesterday. Today I agreed to a price (a very small amount below MSRP) with their manager over the phone and confirmed that it was available and I would be Ubering down there to buy it and it would take about an hour for me to get there. When we showed up, within an hour, magically there was another person trying to buy the same car and they made us wait so that they could "process the credit application" on that new buyer. So after waiting, apparently she bought it. So it looks like what happened is that someone walked in and they showed the car that they had just agreed to sell to me, and that person almost definitely just gave them MSRP. It's outrageously unprofessional and I really am shocked that a MB dealership would have such absolutely awful customer service. The manager was rude and border-line hostile, after he had the gall to screw us like that over a few hundred dollars. So I'm going to fire off a nasty letter to MB USA and complain about these guys that operate like a corner-used car lot. I'm never going to step foot in another MB store and really these bozos ought to be out of business. I've never had such a bad experience at a car dealer and to think that it happened with a brand that tries to market itself as high-end is amazing. Sure, it's a seller's market these days but it is absolutely amateur hour at this dealer. People like this are why everyone hates car salesmen. Never again.

Unprofessional and uneducated sales person Yuriy M

I had the worst experience with one of the sales person name Yuriy Mindlin at this dealership. I contacted the dealership via Autotrader.com for inquiry on one of the vehicle and this sales person Yuriy Mindlin accused me of a scammer and cussed me over the phone. I would never recommend anyone to buy from this dealership. He is so unprofessional, uneducated and very rude. I really don’t know why would the dealership hire someone like him to be on sales team. He will only drive customers away from the business. This sales person Yuriy Mindlin should get fire right away for disrespecting the customers.
