THERE AT 1:14 PM AND OUT AT 4:02 FOR MINOR ALARM/BATTERY

THERE AT 1:14 PM AND OUT AT 4:02 FOR MINOR ALARM/BATTERY SERVICE. VALET REFUSED TO BRING MY CAR TO DRIVE THRU AND BROUGHT ME THE KEYS TO WALK ACROSS THE LOT TO GET MY OWN CAR. WHEN I READ MY PAPERWORK IT HAD INCORRECT INFORMATION COMBINING MY RESIDENCE WITH MY BUSINESS ADDRESS INFORMATION. QUOTED AMOUNT FOR TEST AND BILLED AMOUNT $200 DIFFERENT; HOWEVER, I WAS THE SECOND TO LAST CUSTOMER TO LEAVE AND JUST WANTED TO GET OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP (WITH NO VALET SERVICE FOR ME) , SO I JUST PAID AND WENT OVER THE INVOICE WHEN I GOT HOME. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN A DEALERSHIP I EVER EXPERIENCED AND FRANKLY I WAS VERY INSULTED.

I posted this on Yelp a few days ago about this AWFUL

I posted this on Yelp a few days ago about this AWFUL dealership; Incredibly unprofessional. I wish I could give them negative stars. We test drove a new car there yesterday. Today I agreed to a price (a very small amount below MSRP) with their manager over the phone and confirmed that it was available and I would be Ubering down there to buy it and it would take about an hour for me to get there. When we showed up, within an hour, magically there was another person trying to buy the same car and they made us wait so that they could "process the credit application" on that new buyer. So after waiting, apparently she bought it. So it looks like what happened is that someone walked in and they showed the car that they had just agreed to sell to me, and that person almost definitely just gave them MSRP. It's outrageously unprofessional and I really am shocked that a MB dealership would have such absolutely awful customer service. The manager was rude and border-line hostile, after he had the gall to screw us like that over a few hundred dollars. So I'm going to fire off a nasty letter to MB USA and complain about these guys that operate like a corner-used car lot. I'm never going to step foot in another MB store and really these bozos ought to be out of business. I've never had such a bad experience at a car dealer and to think that it happened with a brand that tries to market itself as high-end is amazing. Sure, it's a seller's market these days but it is absolutely amateur hour at this dealer. People like this are why everyone hates car salesmen. Never again.

Unprofessional and uneducated sales person Yuriy M

I had the worst experience with one of the sales person name Yuriy Mindlin at this dealership. I contacted the dealership via Autotrader.com for inquiry on one of the vehicle and this sales person Yuriy Mindlin accused me of a scammer and cussed me over the phone. I would never recommend anyone to buy from this dealership. He is so unprofessional, uneducated and very rude. I really don’t know why would the dealership hire someone like him to be on sales team. He will only drive customers away from the business. This sales person Yuriy Mindlin should get fire right away for disrespecting the customers.

Scam

On October 21 I reached out to Mr. Nir at the Encino Mercedes dealership. I was interested to lease a new Mercedes 2021 Gl450 for my wife. While negotiating the monthly payments and down payment he assured me that it includes the following: 1st monthly payment, Title and registration fees. I was hesitating and about to walk away. Mr. Nir then insisted that we should review the terms again. We discussed the leasing options multiple times and was told very clear that my down payment will cover the 1st monthly payment, licensing, title & registration. They issued a temporary registration until the permanent registration and stickers will arrive in the mail. Mr. Nir raved about how the Encino dealership is in good standing and have the best customers reviews. Little that I know I was scammed. 30 days after I signed the lease agreement I received a notice from the DMV that registration fees of 770 dollar are due. I tried to reach out to the dealership numerous times but unfortunately with no success. All my attempts were completely ignored. I decided to drive down and resolve this situation but Mr. Nir took no responsibility and couldn’t remember if the down payment included the registration fees or not. He mentioned that although the dealer often take care of this fees, it was not added to our lease agreement. And I had to register the vehicle myself. I feel scammed, over charged and taken advantage by the salesperson and the Encino Mercedes dealership. The dealership breach the contract by failing to provide the registration. The lessor should be responsible for registration! Be aware!!! Don’t deal with this dealership!! They will scam you!!!

NOTE ALL THE ONE STARS BEFORE YOU WALK INTO THIS...

NOTE ALL THE ONE STARS BEFORE YOU WALK INTO THIS DEALERSHIP! It is obvious that this dealer does not care about their clients once the deal is done! I purchased Gap insurance from FRED HORIAT in the finance department because he mislead me and stated that I could only purchase Gap insurance at the time I purchased the car. I stated that he was wrong, I could purchase Gap insurance from my insurance agent.. he insisted I was wrong. It was too late to call my insurance agent so I purchased the gap insurance. $695.00 later, the next day I contacted FRED HORIAT and informed him that HE WAS WRONG AND I WAS RIGHT... not only that, but it was much less expensive through my insurance agent. Fred agreed with me and send me documents to complete so I could receive a refund. THAT WAS LAST JUNE 2021! Now, a dozen emails later, all confirming that I was to receive a refund, Fred must have joined the Witness Protection Program.. no return calls or replies to emails. Danny, Encino Mercedes General Manage does not take calls from his clients... !!! I have left 4 messages for him.. his voice mail is always full.. (ON PURPOSE?) So who deals with cheaters in this company? I called Corporate Mercedes Benz twice and they state that each dealer is independent and they cannot help me. This is why this dealer does not care about bad deeds done by their employees. There is no punishment for cheating. For the record, I have purchased a new Mercedes every other year since I was 20 and I am 70 years old now. Years ago, I was cheated at this dealer and since then have bought my Mercedes from Keys European down the street. The only reason I returned to this dealer is because they had the car I wanted in stock. IF I GET THIS TREATMENT OVER $695.00, CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW THEY WOULD TREAT YOU IF THE AMOUNT WAS LARGER...AND YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE.. AND THEY KNOW IT. I will now be dragging to small claims court the top four managers and Fred who started this mess from this dealership. I will have the marshal serve them court documents at their personal homes. Lots of other reputable dealers near this bad uncaring and cheating dealership.. go to them.

After 12 minutes of waiting for help, PAST my appt time,...

After 12 minutes of waiting for help, PAST my appt time, I disrupted an office of people having fun to tell them I'm here for an appt. They assured me "Dan" will be right out. After 25 minutes, a person came out and told me "it's OK, we'll get you in to see the Laela first so that she can explain it to you, asap." 😳 You don't get to say "it's ok" if I'M the person being put out. Appointments mean nothing to them. Loyalty means Nothing to them. This was my last try in 10 years, I am DONE with these xxxxxxxx.

WARNING! This will be a long read. I am completely appalled by my experience. I purchased a car from them recently, and salesperson Joe M. had been calling me and texting me about a survey that was coming. It sounds very important to him. He’d been great in general, always available when I have questions. Very nice and accommodating. He answers his phone even though he is off. The first question on the survey was, how was my experience with the salesperon. I rated him 10! Now, there were other questions about the dealership, and other personnel. I gave my very honest opinion. But apparently it seems that all of the questions are tied up on him? He called me back the following day, yelling at me! Yes, yelling at me. He was asking me, “Why did you give me 8? What is this?” I was in complete shocked. My anxiety was on the roof, and note that I was at work. He said, “You should have never done it instead, now I won’t get my commission” and he hanged up on me. My jaw was on the floor. How can they possibly see these feedback? These should be anonymous. I realized later that I was harrassed because of a survey. I never in my whole life experienced this. I’m expecting more of, “How can we make this right? What can we do to improve or change your reviews.” No, I was simply blamed for a survey that was poorly constructed. NOTE that I didn’t leave anything lower than 7 for all other questions, and these questions that didn’t even pertain to him! Now, I realized he was only being extra nice to me because of this survey that means so much to him. He turned 360° just because I didn’t leave a perfect review? Now, before I came to my senses, my immediate response was to make it right for him. I immediately contacted his manager, Danny Yerkanyan, I said, I had no problem with Joe and complimented him. He just agreed that the survey wasn’t written in a fair way for the salesperson. And I said, I just want to give him the credit he deserves. I said, I am willing to write him another survey. He said unfortunately it was only a one time deal. But, he suggested I should bring more clients to the dealership that can write future surveys. I am once again horrified. These people had gone insane. I made business with wrong people, and I’m concerned about the possibilities like future problems that might occurred in the car. I’m sorry, but the previous reviews are right. Although I had no problem with negotiating the price, I don’t think I would ever want to come back especially how I was treated for a mere survey. They weren’t able to dupe me with the price and the whole transaction because I came in prepared, but yes the staff are very condescending.

This is absolutely the biggest joke of a dealership I have ever seen! First of these people for the most part can’t even speak English! They could care less about you as a customer no matter the amount ofyou are going to spend with them! They think they rule the world!!!!! They are arrogant, rude, disrespectful, non caring, bullies!!!! They speak to you like you are a piece of trash, like you know nothing at all even though you have to explain how things are supposed to legally be handled! I guess legally is what makes them nervous and starts the nasty attitudes!!!!!! They never return phone calls (no one in the dealership does), they think you are stupid enough to give them almost $100,000.00 before they will even show you a clear title or work up a contract!!! What kind of FOOL WOULD EVER DO THAT???? Can you say SCAMMER????!!!!!! I have never seen such a dishonest place to do business with in all of my life!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! SPOKE TO EVERY MANAGER THERE AND THEY WETE ALL RUDE AS xxxx AND TALK TO US LIKE WE OWED THEM SOMETHING AND LIKE WE WERE STUPID AS xxxx!! Sorry for the ugly words but I don’t have to buy from them and there are other places that have vehicles!! If people would just STOP BUYING FROM THEM OR EVEN VISITING THEM THEY WILL START TREATING PEOPLE WITH RESPECT AND BEING MORE HONEST ABOUT THEIR DEALS!!!!! Come on man you people are wrong and you know it!!!!
