My salesperson was Senal & he went over & above to

My salesperson was Senal & he went over & above to provide me with information on F-150 I was looking at on line. I drove from Chesapeake, Va after several videos that Senal sent me of truck & purchased on 1/20/24. Not only was he very professional but his manager & the finance manager (Darius) were first class. This was the easiest experience I have ever had buying a vehicle & highly recommend this dealership!

Joyce Koons Honda - so nice we bought the same car twice.

Joyce Koons Honda - so nice we bought the same car twice. In six weeks time. Yes, there is a story to follow. My husband and I studied up on cars for over a year in preparation of moving on from his 2005 Honda Element. We loved our little gray toaster - it was Honda, had minimal issues, it was a great car. After checking out the Passport, we found an worthy replacement to the comfort and enjoyment of the Element. We got our best deal from Joyce Koons. Tim and Ahmed were tremendously helpful throughout the sales, giving us really good money in trade on the Element. We got it done in about two hours on a Monday, with a great rate (2.9%/48 months) on the 2023 Passport. Happy early Christmas to us. Took two great road trips in the weeks following our purchase. Master the tech, parallel parked easily. We had a love affair with our new car. Second road trip was to Charleston, SC for a cruise. Parked in the Port Authority lot when we left on the Carnival Sunshine. A storm moved it was up the east coast that weekend, causing a ten foot storm surge, leaving our car in two feet of water. The damage didn’t appear serious initially, just wet carpet. We took it to the dealership after we arrived home. Service kept us the in the loop, gave us a loaner, and took the lead with our insurance company in determine next steps. With their help, we were able to worry less about the car and more about enjoying the holidays with our family. After several weeks, on the day of our very first payment, State Farm called to tell us our car was totalled. Tim was our very first call. Though we did make subsequent phone calls trying to find the exact 2023, we found that other dealers wanted us to pay more than what we paid in December. Tim found a Passport that we liked that was a higher trim level than the first go round. (And only slightly more than what Rosenthal wanted for the 2023.) We had to step up to a 36 month loan, but we got that 2.9%. Darius in JK finance and Honda’s financing arm made the transaction as easy as possible, even cancelling the extended warranty on the last vehicle and essentially moving it on to this one at no extra charge. In every interaction I have had with them the past several weeks, Joyce Koons Honda and Tim, Ahmed, Kevin, and Darius have gone out of their way to help us and make some very bad luck and stressful times better for us. We are keeply grateful. I can’t recommend Joyce Koons Honda enough.

I had a ongoing issue with my Buick Lacrosse, I had taken

I had a ongoing issue with my Buick Lacrosse, I had taken it to a service station for repairs, but it was not fixed. I made an appointment at Koons in Manassas and Jeff Miller met me at the drive through and told me they would diagnose the problem. The shuttle brought me home, and within the hour Jeff called with the problem. He indicated my car would be ready at approximately 3:00. It was ready and completely fixed at the promised time. I left there with the confidence that my car was fixed. The entire process was extremely efficient. Jeff was very courteous and told me of additional work that should be done in the near future. This was a lesson learned for me to go back to Koons with any future problems I may have. I will ask for Jeff Miller to be my Pro when I do. Koons and Jeff earn 5 Stars for outstanding work!

Today, 6 September I met with Steve Hughes and Bob Thompson to determine the value of a 2007 Honda Accord. Steve greeted with a positive attitude and was ready for me when I arrived. Bob helped with establishing the value of the Honda with values from KBB, CARFAX, Black Book and JD Power. Great team. Both men were very helpful and represented the Koons name and dealership extremely well. Steve even add information on a different topic I found very helpful. Joyce Koons Honda has been servicing the Accord for over a decade and the service team has always been transparent and helped keep the Accord in top shape. Recommend you patronize the dealership. Don't go to this dealership!

Don't go to this dealership! My partner got his accessories installations here, they only care for the money. Once you agreed to their terms they don't care anymore. Now the battery is damaged they don't wanna change it because it's under warranty. If there's O review I'll even go for negative! That's how poor their service are!

From the first place they never took care of the truck. We have gps of the truck and it didn't even move from its place. Gps is connected in the phone that's why we know. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody! This dealership is money grabbing dealership! Do not waste your money and time!
