The people here are very great down to earth guys! They tell you exactly what they know about the truck I got and I knew what I was getting into. Needed something cheap but wanted a truck and I got what it here at schall automotive.

Overall good experience with this place. Salesman John Kellenberger was very nice and helpful!! Got me in my car with no credit and very fair payments with the bank they work with. I'm very satisfied. Customer service was great. While I was in closing the deal there was an angry customer and the owner and other salesman handled it very well. Great customer service.

We had a tough problem with having our previous car repo'd, but Kenny was not only able to get us financing, but a car that would fit my wife with special needs. Granted, the interest rate was a little rich, but once we get situated, that can be fixed with a refinance, and it was kinda expected, but Kenny was able to work some magic for our situation. My advice is to do tue research on the vehicle you're looking at, competitive pricing, reliability ratings on line, look and see what others are having trouble with, MPG, and compare the condition of the vehicle you're looking at. I was impressed that Ken let me drive as many vehicles as I wanted to, and although I felt the vehicle he recommended was a "bait and switch", at first, it really was the vehicle I needed after all. They took care of a little problem of having a dead battery too, so customer service is beyond what I expect.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM SHALL! This is one of the worst places you can go to get a vehicle. They sold my brother his first truck, over priced, and not even one week after her owned it the motor blew up in it. The truck was supposed to be under a "90 day warranty." They're trying to say he beat the truck and did the damage. I personally watched my brother do nothing but take care of that truck for the whole 4 days he got to enjoy his "new truck." Everyone that works there has been nothing but rude, or they dont even know what truck is his half the time. He is now paying 15,000 dollars for a truck that sits in the backyard because shalls wont do whats right and fix the truck. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM SHALL!
