still waiting for my radio from John
Bought a truck back in January and before i picked it up they replaced the radio with the wrong one that doesnt work. John had a "professional " come to the dealer to replace it because he said the mechanics are hacks, come to find out the guy who did it broke the truck wiring harness. He told me they were sending me a new radio but I drove 3 hours round trip to pick it up and they didnt even have it. I was then told he would send it to me when they got a new one. Now 4 months later im still waiting. I would NOT recommend this dealer.

I would encourage everyone to buy their next car from Schall Automotive! Ken Browe and Jim Kellenberger are a great team. Ken listened to what I was looking for in a car, helped me with the process and followed through even after I had the car home. Jim also took his time in explaining the features on my car and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left their car lot. As a single woman I had been to many different car dealers, but no one was as helpful as Ken and Jim! Schall's has a good selection as well. Great team, great selection, great prices.
