My English is not good, and without telling me the actual

My English is not good, and without telling me the actual price, they sold me the car with an additional price of 10,000 US dollars. And secretly extended the loan period to 7 years, induced me to sign, and sold me a car worth 40,000 for 64,000, a serious fraudulent consumption!

Service was quick and easy here! I was about to test drive the car i liked, find finabce options that fit my budget best and drive away with the car in around 2 hours which is way less than expected when going to a dealership!

Everyone was pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. This was my first time buying a car and Bryan and AJ. Did an excellent job. They made sure that they explained everything I needed to know. I left very happy and with the car I wanted.

Horrible Experience!!

I came to look at a vehicle at MK Chevrolet and was given the run around regarding pricing for the vehicle. They told me they would be upfront and transparent with me all the while they were trying to find every way to use up my down payment and up the price tag on the vehicle I was interested in. Management was very shady, dishonest and cryptic in their communication with me. They wasted my time as well as my family’s time, treated me with disrespect, and lied to me. I would not recommend this dealer and will not be returning for any vehicle purchases in the future or for service on my new Chevy Traverse I bought from another Chevy dealership.

I came to look at a vehicle at MK Chevrolet and was given the run around regarding pricing for the vehicle. They wasted my time as well as my family’s time, treated me with disrespect, and lied to me. I would not recommend this dealer and will not be returning for any vehicle purchases in the future. I ended up buying a vehicle with Simpson Chevrolet of Irvine who handled my vehicle purchase with complete professionalism and I was treated fairly.

Glad they had the vehicle I wanted but a little

Glad they had the vehicle I wanted but a little disappointed that they weren’t able to help with working with price. Plus I left the lot in my new car with not even half a tank of gas and had to fill up the new car with gas as soon as I purchased.
