I bought a used 2019 car here, didn’t have it a month and the engine had to be rebuilt, got it back and a week later here it is in the garage again (for a different issue)!!!! I’m not blaming the sales person, but, what happen to the ?? Point inspection?? I called to talk to the manager, and they had the guy that sold us the car call. Why not the manager?? Will they buy it back..NO. I haven’t made the second payment yet!! Any advice?? I have advice, don’t go there!!!!

Contacted dealership about a Jeep Bronco. I received an email and I sent an email back asking what the best price they could give me and never heard back from them. After leaving a negative review on google they contacted me and basically said it was my fault, that I should have come in and not contacted them through this site.

Best car buying experience ever! Sarchione Ford provided exceptional customer service at every level. Staff was friendly. Pricing was fair. There was no haggling. They arranged for me to be picked up at the airport, as I was an out-of-town customer. The driver (Larry) arrived early and was such a nice man. Royce (salesman) was the consummate professional. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this dealership.

Great dealership, in and out in no time. Royce helped me to a quick and easy purchase and trade in. Talked with multiple members of the staff all of them were friendly and pleasant to be around. Beautiful and clean show room. My only regret is I couldn't buy more than just one. Love the mustang I went home with, thank you all.

Great place to get your new or used car. Jacob was my sales guy. What a awesome gentleman to deal with. He makes it enjoyable to buy a vehicle even if they don't have one. He puts in the extra work to finde something that suits your buying needs

I just got a 2016 Lincoln for my family to drive in I got the dealers insurance and everything just incase something happens to find out tht they sold us a car tht is not safe for me and my kids on tip of the strut broke when I was driving thank goodness nobody got hurt this is now the second time the car is in the shop for the same thing but this time in the back and now the insurance won't replace it bc there was corrosion on the car we just bought the car 3 months ago I do not recommend them to anyone the service side is just as bad
