Very helpfull. The service technician explained all the work that was done. I was given a schedule of when the work would be completed and everything was on time. I would recommend Koons for any service work.

If you are not from Virginia, DO NOT buy a vehicle at this dealership! On May 18 of this year I purchased a 2024 Ford F150 platinum. This review is in regards to the customer service dealing with out-of-state tags. At the time of the purchase, I had asked to make sure that the tag on my trade-in was transferred to my new vehicle as it was a vanity plate. The clerk that deals with processing failed to let their outside vendor know my intentions. I am a Delaware resident and this was the second F150 platinum I have purchased within a years time from Koons Sterling Ford. It didn’t seem to matter that I purchased $170,000 worth of vehicles and sent emails to the general manager named Tre. as these remain unanswered. The estate clerk at Koons claimed that Delaware takes anywhere between three and four months to process out of state deals. After calling Delaware, DMV, and speaking with one of their heads they said that on their website you can track when paperwork is received along with the fact that by law once they receive it, it needs to be processed within 40 days. This is where Koons Dropped the ball! They waited almost a month to send the paperwork to their outside vendor called It’s Easy, then it took the outside vendor nearly a month to forward the paperwork to Delaware DMV. These types of delays should never happen. Never purchasing from this dealership again!

bought truck online. i'm in Hawai'i, they're in Virginia. always able to talk, email, text someone. hassle- free. great price. found rebates for me. got a great apr finance rate. super helpful, super easy. would recommend Claude, Cristian and Luis. would definitely buy another auto from Koons Ford Sterling.

At first I really enjoyed working with our salesman
At first I really enjoyed working with our salesman Claude when purchasing an Explorer. However my feelings changed when they let us leave the lot with nearly balled tires. After getting an inspection and the repairman being very concerned, he strongly recommended bringing it back to the dealership immediately to have them help fix the situation and work with us to get new tires at a discounted rate for safety reasons. The “Sales Manager” Shah Raufi, whose business card says Finance Director (interesting), was extremely disrespectful and condescending it trying to upcharge me in the cost of the tires and the cost of labor. When calling another Ford dealership for tire cost and labor cost it came in hundreds of dollars cheaper. Not only did they not get to fix their morally wrong sales but they also tried to scam more money out of the situation. You’re telling me your dealership can’t afford $400 for the safety of its customers? Unacceptable.

Pedro was our rep and he did a good job.
Pedro was our rep and he did a good job. He answered our questions and worked out all the details in our favor. The manager, JC was great also. I would have liked answers to questions from finance. When it came to the add ons, we asked three, maybe 4 times for the cost of them and he just kept pointing to the monthly payment with financing. He wasnt showing what the cost of each add on was. We were getting irritated and frustrated with that sales technique. Had to force the issue.
