2020 Chevy Bolt Premier

Test drove at a dealership close to work. Sales people were playing games and won't get me a firm quote. I showed them the on-line prices from other dealerships, pretty much told me that other dealers are not honest with their prices and they won't do price comparison. Then I contacted Marci at Camino Real Chevy, who I had leased my 2017 Volt from. She told me what the prices were and I told her what I wanted to pay and what options I would want for a 2020 Bolt Premier. We quickly strike a deal over the phone and in 3 days, she got exactly the car I wanted and had it delivered to me after work, the price is exactly she said she would do. No gimmick and the deal is as straight forward as it can be. Couldn't be happier with her service. Thank you Marci!

2017 Chevy Volt repair issue

The issue with my 2017 chevy volt was well known and it took two visits to the dealership to fix the vehicle. It should have been done properly the first time.


Damaged my 2019 Camaro SS 1LE

Purchased a new 2019 Camaro SS 1LE here and Camino Real polished the matte black hood which permanently damaged it. It clearly states in the manual DO NOT polish the hood or use any type of solvent or abrasive formulas. I noticed it when I left it out in the sun a couple weeks later as the sun/heat acted as a catalyst and accelerated the reaction, which ultimately left white swirls and scuffs all over my new car hood. I contacted the dealership and spoke with my salesman, Jon Ceron. He then proceeded to blame me and stated “you looked at the car and still drove it off the lot.” The detailing team damaged my new 2019 Camaro SS 1LE and he blamed me. I was shocked at this point that he would even say that. The minute he said that I hung up and contacted GM corporate to file a complaint and escalate this issue. Camino Real failed to take responsibility for the damage and stress that their negligence and ignorance caused me. Instead, they tried to put the blame on me. I recommend staying away from this dealership. The poor customer service and blatant lack of accountability is shocking.

Took my 2018 Chevy Traverse for service

Routine without breaking my normal routine

Easy and painless process to service vehicle. Used shuttle to get dropped off at local gym. Completed workout and service in 2 hours! Service agent Trinidad helpful as always. This was my third service since vehicle purchase.

Warranty Repair

I took my 2016 Malibu in due to engine stalling. It stalled once again after picking up the vehicle. The service manager was to contact me, but never contacted me. Yesterday, July 2, 2018 the Malibu stalled again while on "park" position with the air conditioner on.

Extreme poor warranty services. DO NOT BUY HERE!!

Notice most of the positive review are on sales only? because their sales team could promise you anything. It's the after sales service and warranty that are lacking. Their services are so bad, that they have an attitude talking to the customer even conference calling with the GM's office. And definately DO NOT spend anymore money on purchasing their extended warranty. Especially from this dealer ship. GM said each dealer is different, so even you paid for the B2B warranty, they could said no to the items other dealers warranty but they don't. So no more GM Vehicle, switching back to Japanese made car.
