I'm really happy I went with Ontario Hyundai.

I'm really happy I went with Ontario Hyundai. I've been looking at cars for months, but I always find the dealership a scary place and dread being there for hours. I received an email about specials going on, looked online, started speaking with Tracy through the express buy. Tracy was super helpful, responded quickly and really made the experience quick, easy and enjoyable! I was able to get my trade in value higher and my payments lower and only spend 3 hours getting my car. Jane in Finance was also amazing and really pleasant to deal with. Everyone was super friendly and it was worth the drive from OC to get my car. I highly recommend going here for your next car!

Amazing service from Nick at Hyundaii Ontario

Amazing service from Nick at Hyundaii Ontario Knowledgeable, Professional and friendly. He became like family. Very attentive to our needs and knows exactly what we like in a car. We have been with Nick for a very long time, leadings and replacing to new leases. Thank Nick

As always Ontario Hyundai service department was

As always Ontario Hyundai service department was outstanding. My service advisor Spencer always takes the time to explain any repairs needed and always keeps me updated on status. Customer service is always top notch.

As usual, I experienced great customer service at the

As usual, I experienced great customer service at the Service Dept. when I came in for car maintenance and general check-up this week. The Service Dept. Reps. were knowledgeable and friendly, from an initial greeting while in line to completion of service and repairs. Joseph was a friendly and caring individual who I had met before. He carefully listened as I explained what I wanted done that day (service and possible repairs, if needed). He made a great suggestion that I hadn't thought of and which I added to my work request. After the initial work was completed, he followed up (via phone) to advise that the work had been completed. However, thankfully, he recommended a couple of urgently needed parts and additional service related thereto, which I approved and was completed in a very reasonable time. I have been a customer for 9-10 years and traveled a distance of 12 miles to have needed service work performed at this location, even though a new dealer opened at least 3-5 years ago within appx. 3 miles of my home. I would highly recommend Ontario Hyundai for car service or repair needs and/or if you're looking for a new car!

I have bought my last 2 Vehicles from Ontario Hyundai.

I have bought my last 2 Vehicles from Ontario Hyundai. I bought my second vehicle from them based on the exceptional service I have received. The Service Department is out standing. They are though, professional, friendly and priced better than other dealers service departments that I have dealt with prior. I normally deal with Spencer. I highly recommend this Dealership.

As a senior citizen, I believe I was completely taken

As a senior citizen, I believe I was completely taken advantage of and sold a car I never wanted, and in any other circumstance would have never bought. I tried to return the car under the 3 day rule the very next day, but no one would discuss it with me. I was left sitting, completely ignored, in the office for over an hour. Now I am stuck with a car that does not meet my requirements. My 2 previous cars, both Sonata Limited's, were leased from Ontario Hyundai. But never again. I have learned my lesson. The people of Ontario Hyundai cannot be trusted to do what the customer wants. They are liars, crafty, and deceitful. I will NEVER PURCHASE OR LEASE ANOTHER CAR FROM ONTARIO HYUNDAI. Furthermore, I have no intention and every purchasing another Hyundai when my current lease is up.

Very nice experience.

Very nice experience. Tracy Benjamin was extraordinary, could not have had a better sales rep. Patient and answered my many questions. In my opinion, went over and above what any other dealership I was in contact with for this purchase. Very pleased with the car. had no surprises.
