Used to be great, but now they cheat and lie.
Used to be great, but now they cheat and lie. I took m Frontier in for oil change. The inspection report is different and they do not list mechanic now. Try said my 4x4 needs front and rear differential check and service. Quote for over $500. Problem: my truck is a two wheel not a 4x4. They performed this work on my rear differential on my previous oil change 6 months ago. I've driven 800 miles from 6 month ago until now. WHAT IS GOING ON?

Update: Valentia called me today. We talked at length and she apologized many times. She said this is not who we are, but care about their customers. They have always given me excellent service and I know they feel bad about this mix up. They have offered me a free detail, which has been scheduled. I'm very pleased with their quick response and concern to make things right. This is the excellent dealership that I know. I will definately continue to come here. They are very trustworthy and care about their customers.
Burien Nissan service department is great. They're trustworthy, which is extremely important when getting your car serviced. They do excellent work and are fairly priced. I definately recommend them..

The worst car dealership you can go to!
The worst car dealership you can go to! Service staff are liars about everything you wouldn’t even believe and just want as much money as they can possibly get from your wallet! I highly advice checking other sources before you take it to them! Also ask for your original parts back so you know they actually did the job you paid them for!
