List price is not the price you will pay. They want to tack on $4000 above list price for stuff that you don't want because they want bring price up to market value...makes no sense. And they don't want to work with you on price. Excellent sales strategy. No wonder their net sales are so low. Stay away!

My recent ordeal with Metro Honda has been nothing short

My recent ordeal with Metro Honda has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the onset, it was clear that their service representatives were more adept at deception than customer care. The troubles began with their disingenuous claims of attempting to contact me regarding my car pickup. Despite alleging multiple phone calls, they conveniently failed to leave voicemails, send texts, or emails, making it all too easy for them to brush off responsibility with the tired excuse of "no one picked up." However, the pinnacle of frustration came with the transmission issue on my 2017 Honda Pilot. Just over the mileage threshold for warranty coverage, I was hit with a hefty $1,200 bill for maintenance. Little did I know, Metro Honda had charged me for services already covered under a Honda recall program. Upon discovering this egregious error and seeking reimbursement, the nightmare intensified. For months, I've been embroiled in a battle to reclaim what is rightfully mine. Each attempt to obtain my refund has been met with the same stale narrative of phantom phone calls and no tangible efforts to rectify their mistake. What's more infuriating is the blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and the cavalier attitude towards holding my money hostage. In a fair world, they would not only reimburse the erroneously charged amount but also compensate for the six months of interest lost due to their incompetence and negligence. The sad truth is that Metro Honda has devolved into a shadow of its former self, resorting to bullying, cheating, and outright lying to its loyal patrons. If they wish to salvage any semblance of a reputation, they must undergo a radical transformation in their approach to customer service. Until then, potential patrons beware: Metro Honda is a dealership best avoided.

Terrible Service

Terrible Service Department. Virtually impossible to get status of your vehicle after it has been there all day. They could care less about good customer experience.

Spam calls

They will keep spam calling you after they have your number. I've asked them numerous times to take my number off their list but they just hang up and continue spam calling my number. I will never do business with this dealership with these kind of practices.

Crooks!!! Don’t buy here

I went in to buy out my lease. I had 10,000 equity in my car. They ended up talking me in to leasing a new car. Long story short... I lost the whole amount of equity in my car and paid over sticker for my lease. I got totally screwed. They showed me no numbers snd when I got home snd looked at paperwork I saw they charged me 6000 more for car than sticker. It’s my fault for not asking more questions, but the point is, they will screw you as much as they possibly can!!! This company has no integrity. With everything taken into consideration I paid 39000 for a 26000 car. Unbelievable, this place is still in business.

Metro Honda Ripoffs

Crooks....was shopping for a 2022 civic touring. Sent me an email quote and the ail said this is your price. I live in Corona and drove to the dealer only to find out the car was marked up to 41000.00!!! And the rep who goes by the name of Sam, she was the one I was talking to and sent me the email price, would not even come down the stairs to meet me....these people are nothing more than ripoff. Left that place went to Norm Reeves in Irvine they had the exact same car so I bought it paying way less out the door than the price they were asking....Honda needs to cut ties with this dealership

Cheaters

Took 2018 Honda Civic Inn for air conditioning problem we had said the condenser was probably bad but they insisted it was the evaporative cooler which is not under warranty took it to another Honda dealer in Ontario and they said it was the condenser and it is under warranty , Metro Honda is always trying to cheat somebody

Shameful

Took my Car in for service and they told me i needed a few other things done as well. come to find out they had the wrong make and model on my paperwork so Im now sure they made me get services done that i didnt need. When i called to try and see what i should do they kept sending me to voice mail and never returned any of my 5 voice mails. Its still an unresolved issue because there asking me to come in to take care of there mistake. Horrible experience. Do Not Get Your service Done Here.

Dishonest dealer

I recently took my father's vehicle due to transmission problems on a 2019 Honda pilot. Service did a transmission flush. The car continued and continues to have problems. I took the vehicle once again and service advisor Israel Granados suggested I do another transmission flush which cost over $300 and said the first flush wasn't the correct one. I said I was quoted over the phone $129 which I called in front of him and he still denied it. Remember guys service advisor and sales agents work on commission. I asked to speak to the manager and then Gary Hidalgo came and said he was the director. Which he is not! Tony Maldonado is the Director. Gary was very rude and disrespectful. These guys just want your money so becareful. They work on commission and expect an excellent survey.That's why they bribe you with a free car wash and remind you on the survey for excellent service. They refused to diagnose the vehicle once again when the vehicle is still under warranty. In the past I would bring my vehicles here, but not anymore. I contacted Honda Corporation regarding this problem and the transmission problems with these vehicles. Remember speak up and if nothing is done contact a lemon law lawyer. Always keep records.
