Took my Car in for service and they told me i needed a few other things done as well. come to find out they had the wrong make and model on my paperwork so Im now sure they made me get services done that i didnt need. When i called to try and see what i should do they kept sending me to voice mail and never returned any of my 5 voice mails. Its still an unresolved issue because there asking me to come in to take care of there mistake. Horrible experience. Do Not Get Your service Done Here.

I recently took my father's vehicle due to transmission problems on a 2019 Honda pilot. Service did a transmission flush. The car continued and continues to have problems. I took the vehicle once again and service advisor Israel Granados suggested I do another transmission flush which cost over $300 and said the first flush wasn't the correct one. I said I was quoted over the phone $129 which I called in front of him and he still denied it. Remember guys service advisor and sales agents work on commission. I asked to speak to the manager and then Gary Hidalgo came and said he was the director. Which he is not! Tony Maldonado is the Director. Gary was very rude and disrespectful. These guys just want your money so becareful. They work on commission and expect an excellent survey.That's why they bribe you with a free car wash and remind you on the survey for excellent service. They refused to diagnose the vehicle once again when the vehicle is still under warranty. In the past I would bring my vehicles here, but not anymore. I contacted Honda Corporation regarding this problem and the transmission problems with these vehicles. Remember speak up and if nothing is done contact a lemon law lawyer. Always keep records.

I took the two checks in November 2020 we bought a 2020 accord .we traded in a 2018 elantra we paid right at 25,000 for our new car. Metro Honda agreed to pay school first credit union 9500 on the car they took in trade. Metro sold the electra that we traded in two days later. Metro Honda never sent the Ca DMV a release of liability on the care we traded in. On December 17 I received a ticket in the mail from the ca CHP saying me and my wife were responsible for the ticket for the teanted windows because the Ca DMV Still shows us as registered owners of the car. Metro never paid our bank for the car it's been 45 days and they sold the car.

Had my car towed here at 9 a.m. called at 12 no one looked at it said they didn't know it was there called again at 4 p.m. they still hadn't looked at it trying to blame the tow truck driver saying he dropped it off at the wrong spot when I went to pick it up it was parked in the tow area so where is the right place I well never go there again

At first it was a normal car buying experience, bouncing numbers back and forth. Our sales guy was a nice guy, tried to help out when he could, however once his "desk manager" got involved it became a whole different experience. This guy was so rude, I was actually amazed on how rude he was, this business should be ashamed to have someone who works in customer service and sales work with such a lack of etiquette and integrity. I am honestly concerned that this person has our personal information and I am not sure what he will do with it. I shouldn't have to feel this way. This place left such a sour taste in my mouth, I know car buying isn't that fun but wow this was the worst sales experience I have ever had. What a shame!
DO NOT buy a New Car from this dealer!! The Sales people with harass you endlessly with letters, emails, phone calls and texts to trade-in / trade-up to a newer model year. When my car turned 2 years old the harassment started and continues even after stating I am not interested.

Be careful if you take your vehicle here for service. Specially John King IS VERY DECEITFUL Service Advisor. I asked him to do a oil change, however he add, a rotation of tires which add it $45 more. He will try to up sale you on none required and not recommend maintenance. Be sure you are aware of the required/recommended maintenance for your car before agreeing to any additional surfaces he recommends as required maintenance. I WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN!

I bought a used car from here for 12,000 and 2,500 miles later a bolt sheared off in the engine and the warranty I bought for engine protection for 1,200 doesn't cover anything. Subaru told me it's most likely a engine change but they can't do anything till I pay 2,600 for a water pump and belt change. So basically I have to pay 2,600 to figure out I need a engine change. So a 12,000 dollar car now turned into a over 20,000 dollar car. Life's super cool!! I originally left A long review saying how much I loved buying a car from here and how helpful everyone was here but I'm definitely deleting that one. Thanks Honda for ruining my life for awhile!!!!
Worse customer service ever!
I went to purchase a vehicle a not one sales person approached me. I had to approach them and they left me waiting hours. Thus, forcing me to go elsewhere to purchase my vehicle. Worse customer service ever, beware!
Car was ready in a timely manner.
Oil change and transmission change was done in a timely manner. We always take our car to Metro Honda. Metro Honda guys know what the are doing... Thank you Gordon Jackson
