We were looking for a Cadillac closer to our place to

We were looking for a Cadillac closer to our place to update the computer system on our CT5 2024 and learned about this dealership. I talked to the operator several days ago and was told the 3 service advisors on duty were so busy. She mentioned a return call same day after asking the last 8 VIN numbers of our car. No call back. So I emailed the service manager, DeLira on their web..no response. With this kind of non responsive business firm, I'm sure it's BETTER NOT TO DEAL WITH THEM. No response 'til 520 pm Thursday Oct 10,2024. Maybe they're about to go out of business.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing or servicing your cars at Crestville. To start the service department is terrible. After all said and done they sold me a lemon. Stay away take ur money elsewhere. No quality vehicle or service at this place.

I'd rather go to the dentist than go through the hassle

I'd rather go to the dentist than go through the hassle of buying a car. The staff at Crestview Cadillac changed everything. I'm 64 so I've bought cars before I know the sing and dance of car buying. Jason was fantastic, everyone I came in contact with at Crestview Cadillac was top notch in customer service. I was promised a price and was given that price. If you are interested in buying a car, new or used give Crestview Cadillac a chance. I know it's a Cadillac dealership but it's a different way of buying a car. It's the way it should be. Give Jason a call at Crestview Cadillac he'll take care of you.

I was shopping around for a Cadillac and I ended up going

I was shopping around for a Cadillac and I ended up going with his dealership because I was fortunate enough to find someone like Avia Yin to help me with my purchase. She made it straightforward and smooth from start to finish. I made a custom order online for an Escalade and sent her the trim/options I wanted. She didn't make any promises, but she said it'll get here in 4-6 months but only took 3 months! If you're looking to purchase a Cadillac, I'll save you the trouble of shopping around, just look for Avia Yin at this dealership. She's the best.

Stay far away. They will waste your time

This dealership is the worst. They person who assisted me was Julie Johnson, she isn't knowable enough in the Escalade product, she doesn't demonstrate good customer service, she doesn't have a good attitude, and doesn't have knowledge of any information of any kind, and wasn't able to answer any of my questions that I had, she had to go ask Peter. She spent more time talking to her manager Peter than with me the customet. She kept putting up to much boarder to discourage me from buy the 2023 Escalade, that's not was the #1 sales person should do. " #1 sales of the west region" πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ not I didn't recieve that kind of customer service. I am still to this day wait for both Peter and Julie to call me back regarding my question I have. Like both said they would get back to me, and they have not. I will make sure my review goes out everywhere. Julie Johnson service was terrible, no knowledge of the product after work 20 year's with the brand.

Dangerous Dealership

3 Clear Facts About This Dealership: 1. They turned the warning indicator off my vehicle without fixing issue endangering my family 2. Refused to honor my warranty based on a disagreement 3. Jeopardized my safety by canceling part meant to fix my vehicle Crestview Cadillac Service Department ran by Paul Cummings serviced my vehicle. Through the process Wayne an employee failed to communicate with us on the status of our vehicle. When confronted about leaving us stranded with no vehicle during a "warranty" issue and not communicating with us about what was going with our vehicle. They refused to service the vehicle, turned my warning indicator off, and canceled the part meant to service my car. I've reached out to Ted their GM via email to resolve this issue, however rather than address why customer safety isn't their priority they reported my Yelp review. This is what can happen to you if you use this dealership

Good follow up
