Dangerous Dealership

3 Clear Facts About This Dealership: 1. They turned the warning indicator off my vehicle without fixing issue endangering my family 2. Refused to honor my warranty based on a disagreement 3. Jeopardized my safety by canceling part meant to fix my vehicle Crestview Cadillac Service Department ran by Paul Cummings serviced my vehicle. Through the process Wayne an employee failed to communicate with us on the status of our vehicle. When confronted about leaving us stranded with no vehicle during a "warranty" issue and not communicating with us about what was going with our vehicle. They refused to service the vehicle, turned my warning indicator off, and canceled the part meant to service my car. I've reached out to Ted their GM via email to resolve this issue, however rather than address why customer safety isn't their priority they reported my Yelp review. This is what can happen to you if you use this dealership

The service department at this dealership is filled with liars and crooks. I would highly advise against anyone using this place to service your vehicle. Specifically watch out for a guy named Wayne, he’s lacking integrity and honesty

Good follow up

While shopping I inquired on a certified vehicle from the dealership- they had a good response time and was able to answer my questions and give me the information I needed without having to drive there.

Professional, polite, family oriented staff.

Have purchased one Escalade and have leased two Escalades during the past 12 years with Crestview. Staff is always polite, helpful and responsive to any of our concerns. We feel they are part of our community here in West Covina. I would recommend Crestview to anyone who wants a great experience with employees who's bottom line is providing great service.

Excellent customer service, great member support.

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about the Cadillac cars and equipment. We were asked a number of times if we wanted beverages or coffee. Everyone that we came in contact had our interest at heart. Very excellent customer service.
