Service advisor Perla Soto of the service department did a wonderful job at taking care of my TLX from every step of the way from maintenance to doing anything to reassuring me about any and all concerns. She did her absolute best and I will always return to her for any and all concerns for my vehicle. She was able to easily arrange a loaner car for me especially when other dealerships couldn't even get me an estimate on when a loaner would be available. She definitely made going to a dealer an easy choice and returning to one an even easier choice!

I would definantly reccomend this dealership to anyone of my friends . And I’ll ask to look for Omar! He’s really helpful and helped me and one of my friends a car , customer service was really well thank you to Omar for his help.

The Product Specialist are the best! change the whole experience, very professional and friendly they do not push to buy because they are paid hourly not commission, I don't feel pressured at all, overall excellent experience.
