Great experience start to finish, Preston was

Great experience start to finish, Preston was professional and accommodating. The Sales Manager Wes was so incredibly attentive and kind. I have gotten a few cars from there and will continue to go back. Thank you all for your professionalism.

The service here in exceptional.

The service here in exceptional. I’ve always had the best customer service experience every time I come here. I had tried other dealers, this one by far hands down tops the other dodge dealerships.

The overall experience was very good.

The overall experience was very good. Jessie Garcia who sold me the car was outstanding. He allowed me to drive the truck to my wife’s job to get her approval. The Manager and finance department were 1st rate and no sales pressure was applied. I just wished I would have asked more questions about the vehicle prior to purchase. I should have a least test drove the 2025 V6 hybrid turbo. The only thing that is disappointing that I wasn’t aware of the bed size. I definitely would have opted for the 6’ 4” bed. The vehicle is going to be utilized for the mountains, I planned on putting a shell on it and utilize it as a sleeper. Lastly, I used my pre approval through my credit union. I know other dealerships offer 0% on approved credit (score 870), that wouldn’t have been a problem. Carl burger Dodge was no nonsense and made my buying experience pleasurable. However, that being said, you live and you learn. Wilbur Hudson

Brandon was great.

Brandon was great. He felt like more of a friend and didnt pressure me to buy. He followed up and worked with me on a great deal. I went from getting my truck oil changed to buying an new car within days!
