This dealership stepped up and took responsibility to aid their long-time customer -- me -- when a technicality was preventing a warranty from being honored for a set of tires. The General manager, Aaron Spicer, was efficient and honest. Bravo!

My AC was broken and I took it to Honda in chantilly but was told that both the condensor and compressor were leaking. I would have to pay $1.5k to fix the compressor since condensor is covered under warranty. Once I declined the offer to fix the compressor, I was told that they wouldnt work on my condensor because it seemed like autonation worked on it before and incorrectly misplaced it. It didn't make sense to me but I took it to Autonation anyways. Fawad was my assistance and said that they have never worked on my car after doing a thorough record check. He was honest in telling me that nothing was wrong with my compressor, there was no leak at all, just a cord and condensor problem. No need for compressor fix. This was way different than what I was told in honda in chantilly. Therefore, I cant thank Fawad enough for his honesty. literally my life savior:) my AC works now!
I called to ask about the SD navigation card they told me to call the Mercedes dealership. Also, I can connect my car with the app because the VIN still connected with the previous owner. Those are little things they should take care of it before sell the car. The ViN should be disconnected from everything.

As always, quickly in the facility with work complete within the promised time while I went shopping in the neighborhood
Bait and switch
Bait and switch. They offered me a price for my trade online conditional to in person review. Sales person said they could likely beat it once I was there in person. I submitted detailed specs to their database to get the estimate. Once there, they dropped it by $1,500 and could not explain why despite a technicians review. Of course they couldn’t locate the technician to explain what caused the drop. Only after multiple “Let me talk to my manager and see what I can do” did it get back to original. Don’t appreciate the baited, inflated offer to get me there only to pay BS games later and switch the offer without explanation as to why. This is why people are switching to online car buying.
