This is the second car I bought from Autonation Honda Dulles. I love the car selections, the service department, and the sales representatives.
People were very nice there.
People were very nice there. Took a while to get everything done. Brandon even did a follow-up the following day to make sure we didn't have any questions. The financial part was a huge headache. There was an issue between my bank and the dealership with the dealerships payoff but they continously contacted me, instead of my bank for days, while I was at work. It was extremely stressful. Had there not been all the issues with the financial part I would strongly recommend this place for business.

Who is Minding this Service
Garrett sold me my car in 2019 which I love but the service dept. is horrendous. It should not take 4 hours to do an oil change, tire rotation and rear brakes. The waiting room is out in the open - not cozy at all or welcoming. The staff have stone faces and on the worse is that they can never wash the car with care or communicate clearly recommended repairs and/or explain clearly what you brought the car in for in a particular day. Awful. It gets worse - my ticket had another person’s name, address, and phone number. Sloppy!
