The problem that we had with this dealership is that we

The problem that we had with this dealership is that we went on a Saturday. I did not realize just how crowded they would be! We were there for over 8 1⁄2 hours! That was a very long time for anyone, but for 2 elderly people it was a serious problem. Everyone that we worked with was very professional, friendly, and helpful. I think the problem stem from the fact that there were only 4 financial people to deal with way too I think the problem stemmed from the fact that there were only 4 financial people to deal with way too many customers. I truly feel that if we had been there on any day but Saturday it would not have been a problem.
