It has been a pleasure doing business with AutoNation, Dulles as I purchased a 2025 CR-V hybrid. Sam Chowdhury answered all my questions and provided attentive service without being overbearing. The entire staff and the showroom itself was welcoming. I am looking forward to continuing my relationship with AutoNation, Dulles as I get to know and use my new CR-V.

I'm awfully late getting to this review, but the circumstances were unusual! I had set up an appointment to do everything at once: two recalls, windshield repair, tire rotation and oil change, all on a day when the windshield guy would be there. Then I got that worst of all calls. My mom had passed unexpectedly and I needed to leave for Florida ASAP. The staff at AutoNation Honda Dulles was absolutely amazing! They got me in immediately and did EVERYTHING planned for later, except the windshield because that was an external vendor not there that day. But they made sure to get my car done quickly enough that I could then get it in to Safelite to repair the windshield before our two-day roadtrip. They fit me in, despite my not having an appointment for that day, they got multiple things taken care of, and they got my car back on the road quickly and with compassion and professionalism. I appreciate them more than words can express.

I am really happy with my purchase of 2025 honda civic

I am really happy with my purchase of 2025 honda civic Hybrid sport. I had an awesome sales person who helped me get the vehicle I wanted. Chris was very professional and polite. The sales manager Derik was very helpful and made the process go smoothly. I appreciate both of their hard work and professionalism. I would definitely recommend AutoNation Honda Dulles for car purchases.

Autonation Honda Dulles has become my go-to for dealership services. We usually have our 2016 Civic serviced at AutoNation Honda Dulles. They make it pleasant and easy and don't try to upsell us with procedures we don't need. I particularly recommend Service Advisor Fawad Hassan.

Extremely unprofessional,seen car advertised after my search, completed inquiry form and pre qualified application.got a call back and was supposed to be sent purchase details and never heard back from anyone, I further contacted dealership and was told that ‘’ Arthur “ was going to call me back shortly,never heard from anyone. Terrible customer service and I am so surprised and disappointed. Buyer beware
