We're repeat customers. We bought a brand new Honda Odyssey in 2014. Was such a great place that we returned to buy a brand new Honda Pilot recently. They truly care about their customers and are committed to them by providing outstanding service.

I can say the salesman was wonderful!

I can say the salesman was wonderful! I love the car! I have to read the book to learn how to use everything though. When it comes to payment, that's when everything goes downhill. I had the worst experience. I contacted my bank to verify some of the info they were trying to tell me and the officials at the bank said NO, that's not true. Maybe it's because I was from out-of-state??? It's was horrible considering I was paying in full.....

As the deal is complete and the money has exchanged, I'm not sure how the experience can be turned around. The opportunity was there when the transaction was going thru. I also expressed I didn't want to pay for the perma coat on my car - BUT - you basically said that's how you sell them. I had made arrangements already for my car to have a ceramic glaze put on and bumpers wrapped. Can't do that now because it will cost additional because they have to remove that perma coat that I didn't want in the first place. If they are going to talk money to me, I'll be more than happy to contact them. Anything short of a refund of additional expenses, I see no reason to call. Thankyou
