Owner of a Honda

I am sooooo happy to have found this as my new dealership for maintaining my vehicle. They have lovely facilities and the customer service is fantastic. They explain things to you. They help you immediately, offer complimentary car washes and in general are a delight to work with.

Good buying experience

Sales people were very helpful in getting the deal I needed , with my trade and such Would def buy from them again Look forward to getting all my service work done here too in the future

Great Visit to local Honda Dealer

Excellent customer service including free shuttle service. Waiting area is clean and comfortable with complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Service manager provides good insight on your car repairs.

Buying a new car at AutoNation Honda

From AutoNation's first email reply to a query I had, to leaving the dealership with a new car - AutoNation, Larissa, and Kevin did a great job. While we never met Larissa she got us the info we needed, made sure we were taken care of in her absence, and followed up on our visit. Nicely done! Kevin our sales rep worked with us and made the process easier. We know its the Sales Manager and General Manager that approve deals but Kevin kept us in the know and we were reasonable - we think. Must have been as we bought a new car there that night. We left happy and liked all the important things a dealership must be/have: friendly quick customer service, fair deals, clean nice facility (very nice facilities @ AutoNation Honda), service process looked fine, and not a lot of time wasted. They did good!

Good customer service

Bought a honda fit from them. Gotta test drive a few car without the buying pressure. Staff was very customer friendly.

Great services

I pulled up to the service door where I was quickly attended. I came in with two small children and one of the employees quickly offered to put in a movie to keep my toddler entertained which made my wait a breeze. They quickly let me know what my car needed. MJ called me the following day to schedule a time so that I could drop off my car. Great customer service, friendly environment.

Great Service by sales man (Victor Ferrari)

Sales people are good but when it comes to finance they sent my details to other finance companies where it is not required, which is caused to bad history on my credit right now, you have to be careful about it before you provide personal details.. other than that sales person Victor Ferrari who helped me very nicely, even communicating people also he is really good that i ever met.

AutoNation review

Great phone contact with receptionist who was friendly and helpful. Service manager cooperated fully with allowing me check out the vehicle on the rack. Sales manager was also friendly and helpful, but unyielding on price reduction when visiting. Sales person was not very knowledgeable, but was friendly.
