Service department is great!

Service department is great! Frankie in service is great! He is friendly, respectful, courteous, and professional. He updated me on vehicle repair status and made sure I knew when the vehicle was ready. He also made sure check out details understandable and answered all my questions. Thanks Frankie!!

An excellent place to get your car serviced!

An excellent place to get your car serviced! We have used them since 2016 to present for all our vehicles! Their Service Department (thanks Nathan Hausser) has always done what they promised and stood behind those promises. We drive from Mansfield to use them, that is how much we trust and appreciate them.

Great Customer Service

Nathan Hausser & Gabriel Ozokwo are professional & do an outstanding job taking care of my Jeep. I purchased it @ Hurst Autoplex Mitsubishi in 2014 & this is the only dealership that I trust. Great Professionalism & Customer Service. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely not

Sales is amazing but you'll be stuck dealing with this service department which is the worst. My new car with 4,000 miles has been in 6 times for the same issue and they never once physically looked at it. One time it sat untouched for 7 days and another time for 2 weeks. The other times they hooked it up to the computer and said there were no issues. My catalytic converter failed and caused a lot of issues. If they had looked or done the bare minimum or had a single clue how to repair a car they would have taken care of this before it damaged other parts of the car. The service manager is completely useless and I'm convinced there's not a single certified mechanic there. Also I had an oil change appointment for 9 am and I sat there until noon waiting FOR AN OIL CHANGE! Completely mismanaged and an absolute dumpster fire. Under no circumstances should you buy a car here. It's not just me, there are entire FB pages dedicated to the misdiagnosis, terrible service, and just downright ignorance of the service department. Stay away.
