Nice people to work with

Pricing was good and they replaced worn tires and were easy to work with. Delivered the car promptly with work requested completed. Nice, clean $8000 car.

Amazing and awesome experience

My boyfriend has gotten both of the cars we have today from Absolute and they offer amazing customer service. Everybody there is so friendly and they make you feel like a part of the family. The buying experience is so stress-free. The most recent car that he and I bought was a 2004 Saturn Ion and they made the buying experience so incredibly stress-free. Thank you Absolute Auto sales for making our buying experience stress-free. They always greet you with a smile and a handshake.

Stress-free buying experience

I was directed to Absolute Auto Sales through a Cars.com listing for a Hyundai Veloster that was priced much lower than market value. I spoke with Mark on the phone and drove up the next day to take a look at it. When I got to the dealership, he told me about the car and showed me the car history report. We took a look at the car together and I took a test drive on my own. This was the first car I had ever bought from a used car dealership, and Mark did a great job of walking me through the process. I was able to pick up the vehicle the following weekend, and have been happy with the purchase. I will definitely keep Absolute Auto Sales in mind the next time my family needs a vehicle.

Great Place to buy

Just bought from them last week. Buying a car can be one of the most stressful experiences in someones life and they made it that much easier with great prices as well. But Mark and Lisa worked well with us especially with the Car Fax on showing me this car was a great fit and would last.

Happy customer!

Upon first impression at Absolute, I like that I was able to freely just browse without someone jumping down my throat. That being said, they gave me NO pressure to buy a car. It's not a good look when a dealership seems desperate for my business (ahem Midway). I also was impressed that each car was squeaky clean detailed PRIOR to test driving. I got a great deal for a 2014 Ford Escape, something I never thought would be in my price range at the moment. A few weeks later, I returned with a key issue. I was only sold one key when I bought the car (technically not their fault-they were also only sold one key from the auction). However, on the dash, it said that there was a second key floating around somewhere. Normally I wouldn't care about having a second key, but my issue was that I had my car stuck on the "my key" parental control setting and NEEDED an admin key to shut it off. I researched the issue and found that other people were forced to pay $300+ out of pocket when going back to their dealer with this issue, so that's what I was expecting. However, I was pleasantly surprised that they offered to pay for me to go to a specialist and get a new key programmed! I do have one critique. I had called about this issue about one week after purchasing the car, and Lisa answered the phone. She definitely doesn't have the most friendly tone, to be honest. I felt more welcomed by the gentleman. All in all, great service and will be back to the shop for my car maintenance.

Happily satisfied

My expience at Absolute Auto was A+. It was actually nice to see the vehicle in the condition it was posted on their website, which was great! My credit isn't in the best shape so when I offered a cash offer lower than their sticker price I was surprised and glad that they accepted. But that's not where the awesome customer service ended because after I drove my new car for a couple of days the sunroof had malfunctioned and I was able to bring it in to be repaired that very weekend. Not only is the car all that they advertised and more, I can not wait to purchase my next vehicle from them

pleasant to deal with

There was a great selection of inventory. Mark in Sales was great to work with. Servicing the vehicle prior to pick up was preformed and completed on time. The paper work transactions including licence plate delivery and insurance company details was completed on time.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!

I cannot recommend this business enough for both sales and service. I recently purchased a 2009 Dodge Journey from them, fair price, below market value. Found some small issues with the car that were IMMEDIATELY dealt with. Got me right in, at no charge, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was extremely happy with both car and service, which I was. Robert, Will, Mark, Lisa, Nick.. just to name a few, were FANTASTIC, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Will never go anywhere else for a car purchase and service. So far from me, but worth the drive. Can't go wrong with these guys!!!!
