This dealership took money from a 16 year old child with zero documentation and then refused to finalize the sale. Lisa is rude and the manager hung on me when I inquired my child's money was taken from her and then Lisa couldn't be bothered to compete the sale leaving her heartbroken on her very first attempt at car shopping . Shame on Lisa, the manager, and this business! Let's not support businesses with poor service and over priced vehicles!

We’re very sorry to hear about your daughter’s experience and understand how disappointing and emotional a first car-shopping experience can be. Our team truly did make many attempts to help secure an approval for her, including working with several different banks and even exploring additional options with family members in an effort to make the purchase possible. When we finally were able to obtain an approval, the bank required specific documentation in order to finalize the loan and also imposed a deadline for those documents to be provided. Unfortunately, without the required items submitted within the bank’s timeframe, we were unable to move forward with completing the sale. We would also like to clarify that a deposit only holds a vehicle for 48 hours. After that timeframe, if the required paperwork and lender conditions have not been completed, the vehicle must be made available again for sale. This policy is posted in our office for all customers to review. We understand how upsetting the situation was for your daughter, especially during her first car-shopping experience, and for that we sincerely apologize. We also apologize if you felt anyone spoke rudely during your interactions, as that is never the experience we want anyone to have. We additionally regret the disconnected phone call and understand how frustrating that must have felt during an already stressful situation. When the refund was requested, the $500 deposit was promptly returned over the phone. While we know that does not take away the disappointment, we did want to make sure those funds were refunded immediately. We genuinely wish your daughter the best in finding the right vehicle and appreciate the opportunity we had to try to help.
Great experience, very good selection of cars, very straight forward to work with, did all the things they said they would during and after the purchase. I’ll definitely start there next time I need a car.

No pressure tactics, listened to my concerns and addressed them with no problem. Decided I wanted the car, finance was easy, they got me a great rate. When I picked up the car it shined so clean. All the staff was very helpful and attentive. I am happy I went to Absolute Auto Sales.

I can’t say enough positive things about Absolute. Our family has bought three cars from Rob. They have also repaired cars we have bought elsewhere. Rob is our go to person for all things related to cars. He is honest about repairs that are needed and will not suggest or make repairs that are not. He stays up to date on all recalls and problems seen with specific makes and models. I have referred this dealership to friends and other family for cars and diagnostics and all have come back with positive things to say.
