Our salesperson Mark was superb. Everything about our whole experience with this dealership was positive. In fact, after I saw the car I called and placed a deposit on it over the phone. When I went to pick it up they said that when they were giving it a final checkover they noticed the motor was running hot. So they put in a new water pump and changed the timing belt. Yes, this would probably have been covered by the warantee, but living two hours away I was very grateful this had been taken care of before I picked the car up.

I was looking for a car under $5k for my brother's first car as a favor to he and my mom even though used car shopping is a process I normally can't stand. I emailed out some feelers on a few I liked and Mark emailed me back quickly with more info. You wouldn't believe how many times I say email only and people still call so it was nice for someone to actually listen and stick to email. He was polite, informative and never pushy (such a relief). I went by for a test drive and got some numbers from Mark and everything was just so smooth and easy. He gave me a really simple breakdown of the costs (including the rmv costs) and a super simple overview of the process to purchase it. It was so refreshing to have a car salesman who was polite, not pushy, and not for one second gave me a reason to doubt his motives. I trust that he gave me a great deal and he's so organized he made everything foolproof. I was really pleased, I'd definitely recommend them!

I was brought to absolute dealership to purchase my very first owned car and i am beyond happy and grateful! Rob was the car sales man who helped me looked around to find the perfect car for me. He was very polite and patient and as a young driver he knew buying your first car is very exciting! I test drove 1 car before i drove the one i purchased and Rob told me once i drive the one i purchased i would be in love and i was! i would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a used car to go to Absolute and ask for Rob you will not be disappointed.

Just went through the tedious process of trying to find a good quality used car from my daughter who is just getting her license. Obviously, being a new drive, she/I didnt want to spend a lot, but I wanted her to have something to drive that was safe & reliable. Ended up at Absolute. Found something there and worked out a good price with Mark. He didn't ham it up, wasn't pushy, just nice. He answered our questions, and we felt he would be reliable to work with both now in buying the car, as well as later if work is needed down the road. Also Bobby (not positive of the name) in the service department was great. They actually repaired a couple of things for us that were really just part of the wear and tear of a car with 105,000 miles, - but were great about going above and beyond anyway. Very helpful and responsive, I have already recommended them to a friend who also needs to shop for a car for his daughter.

As everyone knows, purchasing a new vehicle can be tedious, Absolute Auto Sales makes it a breeze! The staff is amazing! Very friendly, helpful and personable especially Mark! They are far from your typical dealership, they are very trustworthy and offer pure quality vehicles for unbeatable prices ! My fiancé and I purchased a 2012 Chrysler 200 LX with 52K for an incredible price! We are in love with our new car! They really work with you as well as with your budget ! It has to be by far the best used car dealership! This dealership truly deserves the ratings its acquired and more. Keep up the great work guys !

We had searched high and low for the perfect vehicle for our daughter. We hesitantly drove over an hour to Absolute in Brockton from our home town. Both the sales person and the technician were personable, professional, and easy to work with. It was a smooth transaction, and we definitely would return again to purchase another car in the future.

This was my first time buying a car on my own and I have to say they Mark, Derrick and Robert make it a very pleasant experience. They answered all my questions, gave me some advice and on the whole were very helpful. I would do business with them again but hopefully I won't have to for a long time. The car I bought has gotten high marks from my own mechanic and also the garage where I took it for inspection. My granddaughter is going to be needing a car soon and I recommended this dealership to my children, I don't know if they would have anything in her price range but if they did I'm sure it would be good, reliable car.
