Completely horrible management!!!! Saleem and Sergie were cool though…. I assume it was their bosses and coworkers were beyond 100% jerks to my wife and son. I was warned not to go to this dealership by other coworkers and friends but I did not listen to them. WARNING!!! DO NOT GO TO KEN GRODY…… Very disrespectful people!

Wont return phone calls virtual assistant is also not sending info to parts peeps. 17 year old taurus leaks coolant easy if u have the part.again they wont call back. Going back to chevy when this thing dies, someone will forget to fill leaking system every morn. Noexcuse for not having a critical part,its plastic so no bone will have viable used part.sometimes new is needed. Signed mr GRRR.

I had purchased a vehicle 16 years ago and had a very negative experience and sore I would never purchase from this dealer again. In searching for a new vehicle for my son they had a specific vehicle we were looking for, so I was somewhat apprehensive having dealt with them in the past. I shared this experience with our sales person, Sergie Ventura, and he shared how things had changes since then. We decided to take a chance with Ken Grody Ford and Sergie and I am glad we did. I work in the automotive industry and have bought many cars in my lifetime. This by far was the best purchasing experience I have had. Sergie is was very responsive and went above the call of duty in every aspect of our process. I would highly recommend Sergie for all your car buying needs for a no hassle smooth process. Sergie is the man and he has a customer for life.

Zero stars - Terrible service! Took them 4 weeks to replace a warped dashboard (4 tries installing it) and when I got my car back the seat was filled with stains!
Worst experience, worst sales staff. Dragged on without response, then said can’t do the deal because we posted wrong price. No apology, no regard! The most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. Please avoid this dealership.
Barely made into Oceanside from AZ with engine problems, spoke with Kal Chatham in Service and he did an excellent job of getting my truck in, diagnosed and informed of the problem. Fixed in one day, picked up the morning afterward and made the return to AZ with family aboard. Thanks Kal

I'm very concerned about what's going on at this dealership. I messaged them regarding the price on a car mentioning that my research led me to believe that the car was overpriced. The response amazed me. I received an anonymous text asking how I was doing my research since their prices are very competitive. When I provided examples I was told those cars would never be accepted as Ford vehicles. How could they know?Not only was this text rude and unidentified, it was a grammatical mess filled with misspellings and poor punctuation. As I said, amazing. They've got a loose cannon working there. Someone who doesn't know the first thing about business etiquette, this correspondence was just short of threatening. I hope you don't end up with this salesperson whomever they may be...

Zero stars, 3rd horrible encounter, 2 in sales one in service Department. The lack or respect for ones time and hard earned money is the most insulting thing I have ever experienced in my life. When you walk into a dealer knowing more about the cars they sell then the sales person there is a major problem. We made it easy as can be, found the car we wanted said this is it price is the msrp at zero percent I have 20k for down payment. Lets get this sale done. Fast forward 4 hours later they cant even find the keys to the car they keep trying to sell us a more expensive trim level as consolation and cannot answer why we cannot just get the car in the lot we picked. We want to leave they offer 1000 dollars more on our trade in which is chump change in the grand scheme of things. I dont want a discount, I want the car parked right there, whats the problem. 2 hours later turns out they lost the keys and want to have us sign the paperwork. Who would purchase a 50 thousand dollar car that does not have keys? We cant even test drive it dont know the milage havent even sat in it. Now I'm pissed wasted half my day listening to excuses from a clueless sales person managemnt never comes up to offer solutions additional discount anything, they do not care! Worst management ever worst sales person ever, sales offices dated and too small. We were there 5 hours and didnt see one person disinfect tables or doors for covid 19. They should be shutdown if you buy from here you have to be the biggest sucker in the world. I will be contacting Ford, the BBB and the health department. They should not be open with such lack of vehicle knowlegde, customer sevice and general respect for customers time and money. Please shut them down! Not to mention 2 years prior false advertising and a month ago got my truck serviced and the next day my wheel bearing exploded on the freeway stranding me for hours. Last I checked if they did there job, during the multipoint inspection they should have noticed something. Never ever go to ken grody carlsbad worst dealership ever.!!!!!!!!
