The sales team was very accommodating and worked as group

The sales team was very accommodating and worked as group including: Kevin, Manny and Brock. All of them were personable and on top of their game. It was all really made possible with their amazing floor manager Greg. The financing department was also forth coming and thorough.

Dealer refused to give the out the door price and said

Dealer refused to give the out the door price and said it's dealer policy not to give customers out the door price. Anna was not helpful at all and is not seem like she don't know anything about the car business. I'll take my business elsewhere where dealer is more transparent with their customers. They wanting to push the customer into the dealership and sit down with finance manager so they can rip you off without showing you all the fees and add-ons

My experience at Ken Grody Ford Carlsbad while purchasing

My experience at Ken Grody Ford Carlsbad while purchasing my 2018 Ford Escape was top-notch! Working with Angel, the salesperson, made the entire process easy and stress-free. Their attentiveness to my needs really helped me get my car. The team at Ken Grody Ford showed great professionalism. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a pleasant car-buying experience in the Carlsbad area.

Angel Martinez was outstanding in identifying a used 2015

Angel Martinez was outstanding in identifying a used 2015 Yukon SLT. Paloma Arroyo was exceptional to address delivery of vehicle title. The only fob provided was and is so worn the symbols are gone. As promised, the second fob arrived a week later also terribly worn. The second fob will not program to the vehicle nor is the cut key useable. One would consider a more professional exchange to address the condition of both fobs somewhere in the sale-to-delivery process. The state of the two fobs is a frustrating disappointment. In closing, the battery held 8.2 volts (normal is 12.5V) requiring a replacement a week later not to mention a tow service to start the vehicle to drive. Clearly room for improvement.

Great dealer to do business with. Salesman Angel was great and everyone else was easy going and relaxed. Had to drive 3 hours to get there and they made the trip worth it Thanks guys for a unexpectedly wonderful experience.

Hands down exceptional service by the amazing team at Ken Grody Ford! I was greeted immediately with a friendly smile at the front entrance. The salesperson was personable, focused on the type of vehicle I was interested in and went over any questions or concerns I had to make sure it was a good fit for me. The process didn't feel rushed and no pressure like other dealerships. Noor really took the time to any open ended questions I had. The process from start to finish was smooth and I was very happy with my purchase. Shoutout to the rest of the team who was involved in the process, it was a very pleasant buying experience.
