I leased a 2024 Q4 etron that has repeatedly failed to

I leased a 2024 Q4 etron that has repeatedly failed to drive. Horrendous customer service at the dealership first told me the issue was the battery in the key fob. When I was stranded at a public charging station for an hour and brought the car back, they continued to maintain that there was nothing wrong with the car and it’s just because I don’t weigh very much and the sensor wasn’t recognizing me in the seat. They treated me like I was an idiot because I was worried about getting stranded again. Stay away!

I leased a 2024 Q4 etron that has repeatedly failed to drive. Horrendous customer service at the dealership first told me the issue was the battery in the key fob. Audicare CAUTION

I bought a 2-year Audicare in 2021 for $900. I used the first year and then sold my car before the second service. Based on contract, I get refunded half of my original charge. They are refusing to refund me, coming up with ridiculous justifications. Very unprofessional. I'm looking for ways to get my money back, lots of time wasting and AudiUSA won't help you. Go to a different dealer or service your car at an independent shop --save money, headache, and get the respect a customer deserves.

Fantastic car buying experience!

I haven't owned cars for the last 6 years since I've been out of the country. Due to COVID-19, I moved back to the US which means time to shop for cars! I've dealt with multiple salespeople over the last 3 weeks as we searched for a Q5 and RS3. Most of it has been unpleasant due to varying degrees of ineptitude, blatant lies or bad customer service. Donovan Duran is the goto person at this dealership if you want an out of this world stress-free sales process. Donovan gave us a great deal off the bat with no BS and patiently answered our questions when we got the car as we were new to the AUDI brand. He made the out of state sale a breeze and we will definitely go back when it's time to get that R8.

Excellent no-pressure experience

I was looking for a preowned A8 L. My local Audi dealer referred me to Carlsbad because they had a preowned S8. All interactions were no pressure. I received an out the door quote for the vehicle even before I visited the dealership. Max and Paul worked very hard to establish trust. The car was in excellent shape, and I end up with a great deal on the fully loaded S8.

Audi Carlsbad

Outstanding team of professionals; from the General Manager to the service rep. Danial and Brenden. In between the big cheese and David is, of course, Nick the service manager who keeps a dutiful eye on his flock. They always make us feel very welcome.
