Everyone was friendly, courteous and helpful.

Everyone was friendly, courteous and helpful. Had visited 2 previous dealerships that didn’t meet our expectations! Other than taking a little more time they were excellent.

Deceitful

They listed a truck for a good price, but wouldn’t share the details with me. Told me I didn’t need to worry about the details. Sales guy told me to take his word for it and just come out. I asked for the deal sheet and he said ok and hung up on me.

Be honest!!

They listed a vehicle on this site for a certain price. When calling to inquire, price suddenly goes up $10k after talking to sales manager. Obviously they’re just wanting people to call and inquire, or they increased the price after so much interest. Either way, it’s not a good way to go about sales, and it deserves a bad review.

Did you even try to troubleshoot?

This review is for SouthWest Ford's Service Center. I waited three months for an appointment to get my RV (Ford Medium Duty Chassis) in for an ABS light that came on above about 60 mph. I brought it in at the appt. date and time, and Colton said they would get started. After about a week, I called and asked if they had any luck. Colton explained that he drove it, and the light would not come on. I asked if he got above 62 mph and he said yes, several times. He said he would have somebody else look at it. After another week, I had to call back and I asked about the status, and he said they could not get the light to come on and that I could come to pick it up. I picked up the RV today, and the light came on as soon as I got the speed above 60. I will leave it up to you to decide if someone is lying or if it is just a massive coincidence.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! Took over 3 days to get a deal done told us to come get our car and then sold it before we got there. Ran our credit over 10 times. Told us Sorry the car got sold but that's the way the used car business goes!! WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME HERE!!

Friendly and easy to work with

I bought a used truck from the dealership and it was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from Southwest Ford in the future.

Looking for a great vehicle come to Southwest.

I enjoyed the dealership very much the managers were very friendly the salespeople were very friendly it was an overall very good experience I test drove a Ford F-150 XLT and it was a good experience overall.

Original Offer Was Honored

In my previous review, I described my original buying experience. Since that time SouthWest Ford reached out to me to honor the original offer that I was given on Labor Day and explained the miscommunication on the sales floor that day. It turns out the floor manager Joe, wasn't aware that I was test driving the truck and he was working with another customer on the phone to buy the same truck. Bottom line is that SouthWest Ford honored their original offer on another truck with the same exact package. I appreciated the senior salesman explaining what happened which is how I rated customer service the way I did. All is good!

We were very impressed with the staff, they were vey professional and treated us with respect. We drove 180 miles to their place of business where we were going to buy a truck. They quoted us a price on the phone and it was exactly that when we bought it. They were and are a great company to buy from. They gave us a price on our trade in and they gave us a loner while they got our truck ready for us. We will recommend this company to everyone . You cannot go wrong dealing with this company and their sales people We give them a very high rating.
