Stay clear of their service department!
Stay clear of their service department!!!! They are the worst in Southern California!! They are completely incompetent in their ability to service a vehicle!! They had my vehicle for two weeks for an oil change and a recall and when I went to pick it up it was completely filthy and covered in bird crap!! I picked it up after hours and the service adviser Nick said it was clean! When I showed up it was a mess and the employees couldn’t care less that a 100k truck looked like crap!

I really enjoyed working with Juan.
I really enjoyed working with Juan. Great sales rep. Unfortunately I was handed off to who I believe was the franchises owner for finance discussion. Got the typical car salesmanship pitch for an extended warenty. More or less was made to feel like an idiot for not accepting the extended waranty. I made it very clear at the beginning I wasn't interested in an attempt to save us all time. Never the less, I got the whole pitch. His finance bro customers making 200k$ a month are smart enough to get the warenty. So why am I so dumb? Not something I was interested in entertaining. Never heard the end if it through final signing. Very annoying.

One of the easiest vehicle purchase processes I've dealt with, the staff was very knowledgeable and when I showed up most of the paperwork was completed ahead of time, the sales manager, salesman, and finance team were great and explained everything in a breeze!

Encinitas Ford is an old fashion dealership that is locally owned and operated. It is not part of a dealership group (that's a good thing) and they do not add unwanted things to their new cars and there are no addendums posted on the vehicles window. The salesmen show you all their vehicles and answer all your questions without putting any pressure on you to buy from them. My salesman was Mike Stark, he was super helpful and stayed with me the entire purchase process. He explained all the Maverick's features and made sure he had a new Maverick ready for me to test drive. Once I made the decision to buy from him, he made sure the service department washed, prepped, and filled the gas tank so that my new Maverick was ready to drive home when I came out of the finance office. Very nice buying experience overall and I would definitely recommend Mike Stark as a salesman.
