I needed the 15,000 mile service for my 2023 Ford F250 and I scheduled it with Nick who was the service manager and he did a great job getting me in quickly and went over everything that was going to be done. It was taken care of in a very expeditious manner. Thank you for your great service!

I asked the services representative three times for an itemized price on tires. I wanted to price match. Each time he said he will send it. Never did. In my opinion this is shady business practices. The representative also initially acted surprise when I mention the price match program. Transparency is the best business.

I buy my F150’s here. I think they are an excellent dealer with fair pricing. I think the service department is excellent; they’re very knowledgeable and thorough, although I’m very disappointed in Jeff Glover. Maybe it’s just me but I was totally ignored by Jeff after I dropped off my truck for something other than oil, lube, filter. All in all a good Ford dealer. Nate and Chris are wonderful representatives of Encinitas Ford. Thank you Nate and Chris.
