    I found what I felt was the perfect vehicle and inquired about it along with my vehicle to be traded in. My initial sales person seemed nice enough on... the phone and asked for photos of my car to be traded. It took about a day for all photos to be shareable so he and his appraiser could give me a quote. That quote took 5 days, several reminders from me, and an email to the General Manager to finally get a quote sent to me. The quote was laughable. I countered their offer but was declined, stating that what I was offered was the current value. I sent a screenshot of my vehicle's value from Kelly Blue Book and inquired about the discrepancy. It was rebutted by offering that they use NADA to value their vehicles. I looked up my vehicle on NADA (all other selections constant) and it actually showed a higher value on my car; exactly what I was asking for it! I sent an email to the General Manager with this feedback I experienced. I received a promo email from the dealer a day or so later about a special weekend sale happening that I unfortunately could not attend due to my work schedule, so I emailed the General Manager about it to see what could be worked out. I haven't heard anything back yet. It's been over 24 hours. P.S. I'm not sure why this website doesn't like to format paragraphs. It makes these reviews difficult to read.

    Got quote on a new 18 Raptor with 35 miles ($54.9k) that was supposedly on the way to the dealer & had an 'accident'. Your fine sales director tells me... he had to fix it & charge me $1000 more 🤣. Transport companies are insured! Lies! Waste of time! I asked for the name of the transport company: no answer. I asked for photos of the damage: no answer. Also he says 5 times to me that he would sell it to the first person that expresses interest when it hits the dealership, even though my bank was ready to send the money over. 1. SELL CARS THAT ARE ACTUALLY AT THE DEALERSHIP AND DON'T BAIT AND SWITCH WITH VEHICLES AND PRICING. 2. IF A BUYER ASKS FOR A PURCHASE ORDER SEND A PURCHASE ORDER NOT A QUOTE THAT YOU DON'T HONOR. 3. DON'T LIE TO CUSTOMERS, THEY CAN SMELL YOUR BS FOR A MILE. Your employees so far behaved in all the ways why people hate buying cars!

    I typically shop at a different dealership, but Karl and Troy changed that. After not being able to find a specific trim package on a car, Karl contacted... me with exactly what I was looking for under the price I was looking for. After showing up to the dealership, Troy took it from there. Troy went above in beyond to ensure their prices were competitive and he could answer all of my questions on a very unique vehicle. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from either individual.

    This dealership is terrible.. Their word means nothing and they do not look out for the customer. A manager also lied and made excuses instead of doing... what is right and honorable. He could not admit a mistake was made by their employee, so he wouldn't have to honor sales persons promise. Bait and switch tactic and full of excuses instead of doing what's right. Beware future buyers.

    Test drove a loaded, low mileage 2018 F-150. Was a good deal at around 30k. Told them I’d take it (I was paying cash). As I was signing the paperwork,... the salesman told me to sign a document saying that the previous buyer had returned it. I got suspicious. Turns out the truck was a lemon buyback! This was never even mentioned before. The people at the dealership acted like it was no big deal. Of course I walked out. Pretty crappy the way they tried pulling the wool over my eyes.

    Was trying to inquire about see the price including incentives and rebates for a vehicle ever the internet. 6 days later I still do not have a price regarding... the vehicle. I did receive the price of two different Vehicles which we're not what I was looking for. Then I was told two days ago they would look at their inventory and let me know. I looked at the inventory online and saw in about 2 minutes that vehicle that I had inquired about six days ago was no longer available. This is a very unethical and certainly unbusinesslike dealership. The first salesperson I doubt with Anthony Scott needs to go to manners school.

    We were already unimpressed with the customer service broadly across the dealership; however, our initial sales rep was reasonable. We still completed... the transaction. After the truck was sold they washed the vehicle to remove labels and standard dirt. In the process the vehicle leaked water through the windshield (clearly and already known issue as it had been washed before). We didn't know this until we got home and there was water in the glove box. The leak was confirmed the next day when it rained and I saw the water coming in the cab. They also gave me the truck with almost no gas in the tank (less than 20 miles to be exact). When I get home the next day I further learn the back right passenger window and inner door latch do not work. I call them and they transfer me to someone's voicemail. I've left 4 voicemail and now the receptionist doesn't pick up when I call. Surprised they stay in business. I don't normally write reviews, this place is just bad!
