Started my purchase with their Clicklane "buy online" tool, then I ended up going to the store to finish my purchase on my F-150. Team there was super helpful and their buying process is mostly digital - saved a bunch of time.

I had my car towed last Thursday for a possible Thermostat issue and as of Wednesday they had not even looked at it so I had to retrieve my car and take it to a mechanic who is handling it as we speak. I used to get oil changes here as well but instead of waiting hours on those I take it to quicker oil change places. Apparently this is normal operating procedures

My car is in there now and Cesar is handling it this time .i do understand being short handed but it sat for almost a week and no one even hooked the tester up. We will see how it goes this time

I called McDavid Ford dealership this morning at 0850 October 3 2022 several times, service or warranty department would not answer this is not the first time this has happened to me. It’s time to find another Ford Dealership!

This is the one stealership to downright AVOID!
Was about the worst experience I've had EVER at a dealership. Overall this is a pretty dishonest and deceitful dealership that IS going to try and screw you over! My experience: - vehicle is listed on website for $xx,xxx price - dealership sits down to deal with what they are calling an MSRP price (for a used car...this is not a thing people) that is $5,000 more than ADVERTISED priced! - call them out on it...snaky salesman insists as if his life depends on it that this is a markup from the ADVERTISED price for get this...reconditioning fees (YGBFSM!) - they WILL offer you less than what your trade-in is worth and it will probably be $1000-$3000 less than other dealerships - we back and forth for another 30 minutes before an acceptable deal is presented that in the end is close, but still slightly more than if we just started with the ADVERTISED price and added in the normal fees expected to pay at a dealership! - What I'm trying to convey to my fellow consumer is that this deceitful dealership has zero integrity and WILL try and strong arm you into "additional fees" that they just make up on the negotiating table (e.g. reconditioning fees) and if you have no experience dealing with these bait and switch negotiations, or have reached a submissive state because they do their best to make you feel absurd when questioning the numbers you are going to be getting royally screwed over from these con artist! - the last several dealerships I've purchased a vehicle from in the DFW area were as simple as this--salesman brings paper with the actual advertised asking price + standard fees + trade-in amount = sale! No let's just see how much we can work out of this dummy while giving him/her the lowest amount for their trade - DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Waste of time!
Will not be Purchasing from them ever again!! Thanks for wasting my time ordering trucks online just to have disagreements on prices and vehicles. Looks like they just want you to order trucks online to stock their inventory.. bunch of BS.

Have been trying for five days to see if my extended
Have been trying for five days to see if my extended warranty will cover a 2017 F250 diesel rear diff. seal leak. No one either seems to know or care. The salesman that sold the truck new to me is the only one that will even call me back. I would buy another truck from him (Monty Smith) but not from this dealership. Every time I call I'm put on hold and then nothing. Please don't respond with you're so and so then leave a number on your response to this. Just return my calls to start with!!!!I

I have already talked with someone from McDavid on Thursday and they were going to call me back. That was Thursday and still have not heard from anyone. I have since taken my truck somewhere else and they are fixing it under warranty.re Thanks for nothing McDavid Ford!!!!!!!

Worst car dealership i have ever done business with. Travis, Cesar and everyone who work in service have awful customer service skills. They will lie to you and let your car sit on their lot doing nothing to help you. Why take an appointment if you don't have the people to do the work. Worst, stay away, not honorable and horrible customer service skills. so rude and unhelpfu.

Worst buying experience I have EVER encountered! Finance department is unethical, service department is rude and hateful. When calling dealership nothing but a complete runaround, not unusual to hold for ten minutes or more to then be only offered a voicemail that no one will return messages from. If David McDavid is your only choice I recommend changing to another car brand! TERRIBLE!!
