Manny, Brian and Josh were very professional.

Manny, Brian and Josh were very professional. They made me feel at ease during the whole buying process. The only problem I had was the length of time it took to actually buy the pickup and get to drive it off the lot.

Dante was awesome to work with.

Dante was awesome to work with. The entire transaction was conducted over the phone. If Dante was not available at the time we called, he called right back. The sale went without a hitch. It was definitely worth coming to Fort Worth from the Florida Keys to pick up our new truck!

I do not remember the man that was operationg the mobile

I do not remember the man that was operationg the mobile oil change unit. He did a really good job and was friendly. Did not leave a mess at all. This was the first time we have done this.

Attempted to purchase a truck for the advertised price

Attempted to purchase a truck for the advertised price and they added $4000 in adds that are not listed on their website nor any third party website. I tried to negotiate the adds and was told I had to purchase all the add-ons or I could not receive the listed advertised price. VERY disappointed that a dealership continues this horrible practice.

Juan and the guy who set up the contract was very

Juan and the guy who set up the contract was very friendly and professional, was best experience we have had purchasing a vehicle in 24 years that we have been buying new vehicles. Juan showed me how to use all the features and was very patient with me.
