I bought a car online from this dealership after

I bought a car online from this dealership after extensive research on the dealership and salesman reviews (Karl Brown). He was very forthright on the condition of the truck and answered all my questions on its condition to include if there were any abnormal smells before I purchased the vehicle. Throughout several conversations he mentioned there was a slight odor but nothing that seemed abnormal. I rented a car and traveled 4 hrs to pick up my new truck. Upon inspection it reeked of smoke. I told him I couldn’t go through with the purchase and asked for my money back. They tried to sell me vehicles i wasn’t interested in. They promised to return my money in 1-5 day. After 7 days I seeked legal counsel and only at this point did I finally get a refund. Buyer beware!!!!

Manny, Brian and Josh were very professional. They made me feel at ease during the whole buying process. The only problem I had was the length of time it took to actually buy the pickup and get to drive it off the lot.
