GREAT PEOPLE

I had a great experience working with Steve, Christine, and Jesse. They all made it pretty easy to buy a car. Steve even found the exact car I wanted and picked it up for me from 100 miles away.

Phenomenal Sales Representatives

Phenomenal is an understatement. I have been researching Camaro?s since Transformers hit the big screen cause as we all know the Camaro was the real star of that movie. I have dealt with realistically fifteen different dealerships in Southern California over the years and was quoted so many different prices on this vehicle. I assure you will not find a better price on the car you are looking for than the one offered by Courtesy Chevrolet in San Diego. If you live far away it?s worth the drive. You won?t save hundreds of dollars, you will save Thousands and I?m not kidding. Steve Cox and Kristi George were the two associates I had the pleasure to work with and I?m not exaggerating when I say they are pretty much the nicest people in the world. Talk about going above and beyond for their customers. Steve will not waist a second of your time haggling prices, in fact without request he lowered the price of every aspect of the vehicle including MSRP, options and even the destination charge. I was very impressed with both Steve and Kristi?s knowledge of the vehicle because like I said, I have been researching this car for years and know pretty much everything about them and every question I asked was answered intelligently and without delay. My wife and I purchased a Tahoe from Jimmy Johnson Chevrolet and when I told the representative at Jimmy Johnson we were going to be purchasing a Camaro soon they promised me VIP treatment and pricing since it would be my second purchase with them. Needless to say they didn?t come close, in fact I was quoted a certain percentage rate on financing and when I arrived to the dealership to continue with the process I was told the interest rate would have to be raised and they could not sell me the car for the amount originally quoted. Not at Courtesy Chevrolet, in fact Steve Cox was there through the entire purchase process to make sure everything went smoothly and as originally discussed. The employees at Courtesy Chevrolet even went out of their way to entertain my children during the financing process. Jimmy Johnson sales associates could learn a thing or two from Steve Cox and the kind folks at Courtesy Chevrolet. Bottom Line, if you are thinking of purchasing elsewhere, take two minutes to call Courtesy Chevrolet, ask for Steve or Kristi and prepare to be amazed with how wonderful they are. Thanks again Courtesy Chevrolet for finally getting me into the car of my dreams.

Great Experience!!!

Great place to buy a new car! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy new or used! Ask for Chaz, he made the buying experience very enjoyable, and you will not regret it! Their online inventory is accurate, and what they list on their site in terms of vehicles and pricing is what they have, unlike other dealers I visited.

Retired

Steve Krueger did a very good job delivering, explaining, and responding to my questions. His follow-up phone call the next day was appreciated. The last New car I bought, a '95 Buick, is an antique compared to this 2013 Cruze. It's amazing. Arthur morlett

i found everything to be above average

well this the first new vehicle ive bought since 1973 and this was the only dealer I delt with so I can"t compare with anybody else. but I have no problems with the whole process.

Purchase experience of 2013 Silverado Crew Cab

Sales consultant,Trevor Goldman, did a very good job in showing several vehicles that my wife,Sharon, and I were interested in. He was polite & informative on vehicle operation. Initial negotiations on the sale did not end very well. Assistqnt Sales Manager was somewhat abrupt in refusing our offer by bluntly stating "I can't do business with you" and tossing my 2004 car registration on the table. Sharon was very upset with his response and called later to Trevor Goldman and explained. A few days later, Assistant Sales Manager called back and somewhat apologized for his actions and requested that we return and compromise on the final sales price. On returning to dealership, vehicle was shown to us as though we had concluded the sale. The final vehicle price was a compromise to what was previously negotiated.
