Great Experience!

I had an amazing car buying experience! My salesperson, Chris Brown, helped me throughout the entire buying process. I plan to continue to work with him for all of my future car buying needs. I highly recommend him.

Buying a new suv

They had so much inventory and I was able to find exactly what I wanted. They were able to give me more for my trade in than any other dealership offered and beat all the prices from Other dealers I had been too

Worse Service! Deceiving Dealer.

Disappointed, regretfull and Buying a car from Lindsay Chevrolet is one of my biggest regrets, the entire process has been a BAD EXPERIENCE. I was promise a deal over the phone didn’t get it, once I got to the Dealership the sales representative had no customer service, no professionalism and worse of all no knowledge of the car I was buying. Repairs that were done on the car wasn’t satisfactory or done as promised by the Dealership. After ignoring all of that and buying the car anyway, 1m after my purchase I’m still waiting on the Dealership to honor a service as they advertised and promised to me on purchase. But they aren’t keeping it and resolving it by not answering my calls or text. I would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to this Dealership!!!

House of Lies

My experience at Lindsay Chevrolet started off as extremely positive but quickly went negative. I am a USAA member and was using my membership to purchase a Chevrolet Trax. I wanted a certified pre-owned vehicle and my two requirements were Apple Carplay and a rear view back up camera. I originally was in contact with Mark Ross and he treated me with the upmost respect and I was excited to meet him. I then was told I would be working with Gabriel Smith, who was also a specialist with USAA. I had my appointment set for 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 16, 2019. On my way there from work, I received a phone call from Wendell and he said that Mr. Smith had to leave early and he would be helping me. I should have listened to my instincts and turned around and gone home. I test drove two used cars, a 2018 Chevrolet Trax and a 2016 Chevrolet Trax. After Wendrell was unwilling to negotiate on the price for the 2018 model, I decided on the 2016 version. Over and over again I asked “Does this have Apple Carplay?” and every time Wendell said yes. Long story short, I bought the car and I was assured that Apple Carplay was in the car. It’s 10:00 P.M. by the time I leave the dealership and I get in my car, I’m too tired to mess with the fancy details. When I got back home to Fredericksburg, I try to connect my iPhone to Apple Carplay and there is none. Wendell asked me to text him when I got home and I did, I also informed him about the lack of Apple Carplay and he said he would look into it first thing in the morning. All day Thursday I felt I was chasing Wendell down for answers. He claimed he was making phone calls and getting answers for me yet I was hearing none of the results He told he would have an answer for me at 5:00 P.M. and he didn’t call. I called and text messaged him and he eventually called me back to explained to me the situation. I would have to pay for Apple Carplay for myself, in the car he promised had Apple Carplay in it. Wendell told me he would cut me a deal because GM charges $2,000.00 and he would only charge me $1,000. Needless to say, I was upset because why am I being charged for a service that was supposed to be included. Wendell also cut me off at one point and with an attitude, he told me to let him finish. That was it for me, I just purchased a car from him, he lied to me about Apple Carplay, and then you are essentially going to tell me to be quiet. I am a woman and I deserve to be treated with respect. Wendell and I ended our conversation because he said he was going to work on it some more. At this point, I call back the dealership and I ask to speak to the manager. I’m out on hold and the suddenly I’m back on the phone with Wendell and he gives me more attitude asking if I’m going to give him time to work on this? I have given him all day and into the evening to work on this. I wanted a swift resolution and he told me there would be one. I’m out on hold again and the poor receptionist gets on the phone and tells me that the manager is on the other line and I can drive up and see him in person. I didn’t want to take out my frustrations on Marie and I very politely asked her to keep me on hold. Ariel answers the phone and from the beginning, he is short and snappy with me. He took no responsibility for his employee, he said that Wendell must have gotten confused between the two cars, which is not my fault. He told me that my car does not come with Apple Carplay even even though I asked and was told by Wendell ten times last night that my vehicle had Apple Carplay. Ariel then tells me he can put an off brand Apple Carplay system in my car for $750.00 and it will void my stereo warranty. I again asked why I had to pay for it and he told me because my car doesn’t have it. Ariel took no responsibility and did nothing to fix the situation. He suggested I call him back when I was “less heated.” I’m sorry but I have every right to be heated, I feel lied and cheated to. I feel as if they are trying to

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH!!

We went in to look at a new Traverse and I called in advance and told the sales manager what I was looking for. When I got there, they had three cars already lined up to my specifications. There was no haggle necessary as the manager and salesman gave me an AMAZING deal. I am extremely happy with the purchase and will definitely go back!

Good experience would buy again

Enjoyed working with Shawn Noor. I had done plenty of research online prior to choosing this dealer and our new suburban. The online pricing model was very confusing but they got me the price i went to this dealership for. Would definitely recommend friends and family.

False Advertising.....do no go there!!!

We scheduled an appointment and drove 30 miles each way. We went there because saw an online deal on the dealer website. We spent 3 hours test driving with the majority of those wasted with sales gimmicks. At the end we were presented with a price that was $7,000 (before tax and other charges) more than the one listed online. Their sales manager Mark could not give a reason of the difference in price. Car sales people at their best!!!

Good Experience

I came in for the trade up program and left with a new Equinox. There was back and forth on pricing but it worked out. I am satisfied with my new Equinox.
