Good service

Service was good and my vehicle was ready when expected. Staff very friendly and willing to help. If I had any questions they answered them and made sure they gave correct information.

Service department gets practice by fixing lemons

Service department is friendly and usually gets reapers done prior to the estimated time. I know because I have a $40k lemon that I am stuck with. Multiple drive train failures in only 6 months of ownership. Rear differential and transmission! Wouldn't even fill the tank after I purchased it. I wish I had more hands so I could give this Camaro 4 thumbs down. This was a gift for my military retirement and has been nothing but a pain. Buyers remorse, buyer beware.

My Chevy Truck

Mike Bedell was the sales associate that helped me purchase my truck. He did a fantastic job ensuring me and my wife were satisfied with the purchase before, during, and after the sell. I visited several other dealerships but none of the sales associates could compare to this young man. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgable about his products. He was the reason I purchased my truck from your dealership. Great job!

Great customer service

Purchased window shades and weathertec floor liners for our Silverado. We are always pleased with the service we receive at John Heister. The Lillington Manager Keith Tripp always goes the extra mile to take care of us. Very professional every time. Will coanti us to do business there because of him.

Great Service

Great experience. I stopped by the dealership to make an appointment. Got one for the next morning. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Got my car in and out as quickly as possible. Even offered me a ride so I didn't have to wait at the dealership. I will definitely use them again when my vehicle needs an oil change or other service issues.
