Quote was 1.

Quote was 1.5-2 hours wait. Ended up waiting 3 hours. Had an appt for 10am and drove off @115pm. Oil change only took 20-35 actual minutes from car being worked on. Apt don?t matter.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WASTE OF TIME TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY DO NOT HONOR IT. I TOOK MY CAR TO ANOTHER HONDA DEALER FOR SERVICE WHO GAVE WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT WORLD A$$ CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED HONDA DEALER!!!!
