This is second service requirement they screwed up.
This is second service requirement they screwed up. I had a check engine light read out as a cabin sensor issue. Made an appointment to get a full diagnosis and repair. Showed up and was told it would be 3-5 days "BEFORE A TECHNICAIN WAS AVAILABLE TO LOOK AT IT." Totally unacceptable. This dealership just lost a 38 year loyal customer.

It's took more than 2 months to fix my Pacifica 2023 that
It's took more than 2 months to fix my Pacifica 2023 that I just drive 20k miles(need to be replaced the transmission but they also replaced the battery for no reason) and nobody proactively call me to let me know what happen to my car(I had to call them and hear the waitting sound). After the maintenance, the gas consumption dropped down from ~37 MPG TO ~30 MPG. And then, a lady named Kazules(I don't know who is she and what is her position) texted me ask for 10/10 for the service 😂. That's so dissapointed because they have so bad customer service. It's Kearny Mesa Chrysler dealer ship at San Diego.

Buying a vehicle can easily be a huge PITA.
Buying a vehicle can easily be a huge PITA. Not here. Even though there were some minor complications (on my end) they patiently worked with me all the way through. With all the forms and disclosures California makes you sign, these guys made that go as efficiently as possible. Couldn't ask for a better new vehicle buying experience.

Matthew was the best service person ever at Jeep.
Matthew was the best service person ever at Jeep. He was kind and attentive. I didn’t like Josh so I try not to go this Kearny Mesa branch but since I met Matthew I’ll use them again. He is the best service person ever.

I had a need for three recall updates and one warranty
I had a need for three recall updates and one warranty issue, which was taken care of in two days. The dealer even provided a 'loaner' car. I highly recommend Kearny Mesa CDJR

No shuttle service.
No shuttle service. No loaner car option. And they don’t wash your car before returning it to you after service. Service has really gone downhill. And the main issue I brought the vehicle in for , returned the very next day.
