I waited from my appointment time at 9:30 am till 3:00 pm to get my car back from an oil change when I specified I needed my car before noon to be at work . The attendant told me appointments are to drop off not to wait !! Very bad communication

Very hard to get ahold of after you drop your car off and slow to even begin the service on your vehicle (dropped off Monday morning and they began working on it Thursday)

Thank you Gigi and Amanda. Ram needs to get the factory recall parts in that are needed for the ecodiesel fuel pumps. People rely on these trucks for work, towing and daily driving. Hurry up with the fuel pump parts for the factory recall.
